Frogtown RV Park & Calaveras

Weather is absolutely unpredictable so I can honestly say it wasn't the best on that part but because of how beautiful this place was we really didn't mind and enjoyed ourselves at the fair and staying at the site was just as great. Clean area, restrooms were nearby in all areas. We volunteered to come out and I can say for sure we will be back out when the weather is better and we can enjoy the site more.

"Fun Faire", as my granddaughter called it, was fun for the whole family. 35th Celtic Faire was today. She got to be an impromptu part of a juggling act and she got to meet the Queen, Mary of Scots! She was given a favor from the Queen. Great memories being made.

We were looking it over as might stay during the upcoming Celtic Faire in March as we are volunteers. They have electric hookups & showers available. If you want to have a small warming fire or open flame to cook, you must get a free permit from Cal-Fire online.

Had a blast at frog jumps with hubby an son(there 1st time) hoping to make this a yrly event! Staff was nice an helpful!

So much fun! I loved watching the 4Hers and FFA particpants. They all did a fabulous job. The rodeo was fun. There was something for everyone. So many families having fun together! The frog jumping was fun. I can hardly wait until the demolition derby tomorrow. Thank you to everyone who a hand in putting on this event!!! Angels Camp Rocks!

The spots are nice and big. The facilities were so clean that I was surprised! The entrance and signs are hard to see at night but that's the only complaint we had. There's also a little lake to walk around right next to the rv park.

It appears to be a very nice campground for RV camping I have heard very positive things about it I have never been there except to visit people but they have always enjoyed being there.

We showed up as Fire Evacuees and they made room for us! Polite and friendly. Thank you!

Very nice now they cleaned it up trying to make it a better place to stay.

Trails are great nice rolling hills to run
