This last Christmas my husband and firefall replaced my diamond in my wedding ring. It had been missing for years . They replaced it with a breathtakingly bigger 💍 and its amazing.
They followed up and refined the sizing all befor christmas eve with time to spare every detail polished i am in love with this ole ring. Its beautiful and set perfect for every day wear. So happy withy husbands christmas gift. Still a happy customers of firefalls after all these years

I bought my fiance's ring there, its a beautiful ring and perfect for her. The sales staff was very helpful. Afterwards when it came to sizing they sized it not once but twice, because it felt a little too big after the first sizing, to be the perfect size. They where even able to do it in time for a trip out of town. Everyone there is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Can't recommend them enough.

Holly helped us this afternoon with finding an engagement ring and she was wonderful! Gave us all the pros and cons to what we were looking at and made sure we had a full knowledge of what are options were. Very helpful indeed. I will be going back shortly to place my order for sizing and stone selection. Very excited!

Extremely friendly! They did a repair on a 100 year old art deco ring for me. The work was detailed and amazing. It.was my wife's wedding ring, a one of a kind antique ring that needed some strengthening around the smaller diamonds. I'm very impressed with the work.

I've also bought high end watches and other jewelry from this business. I have no complaints. Their friendly staff and high quality jewelry made me a loyal customer.

We originally purchased my engagement ring from Firefall with the request to change out the main stone for one from a family ring and they did a fantastic job then. I am really hard on jewelry and ended up losing a diamond from my ring during a project. I took it back to Firefall to have them fix and polish it. It looks brand new! They provide amazing quality jewelry and phenomenal customer service!

This is the most awesome jeweler! They are a family-run business - incredible work by all. Professional, good value and excellent quality. The quality of what I purchased was beautiful and patience was shown while I looked and decided.
The repair was to an earring with bar closure. I put the match in the with the repair when I picked it up. Upon getting home I was floored when I could not tell which was which.

Firefall jewelry is a fantastic place to make repairs to your jewelry or buy beautiful jewelry of all kinds.
The staff was so helpful and friendly when I took my rings in for repair and re-sizing. The work was done in a very short time and the price was reasonable.
I would definitely go back to this store!!

My husband got his ring resized with Fire fall and they are just amazing people who really care about their customers! His ring came out better than we could have imagined! It was resized and polished. My seven year old daughter was bugging us for a ring when one of the employees told us about a bargain bin he had in the back. He let my daughter pick out one she liked for a small fee. They even cleaned it for her! They are really a great jeweler to have in our area. My husband has been getting his watch batteries from them for years but they exceeded our expectations today!

They stand behind their jewelry 100%. Great customer service from the whole family. My wife's ring came out perfect and when we lost a small stone they replaced it no charge. The larger stone got a crack in it and that is being replaced no charge as well. We will keep our business here from now on.

Ive been here twice to make purchases and both times I left very satisfied. The owners are very friendly and helpful. My recent visit was to replace my husband's wedding ring and with the click of a few buttons they had my previous purchase pulled up so we could compare the old one to a new one we were looking to buy. I don't wear a lot of jewelry but most of what I have was purchased from Firefall and I always take it there for cleaning and maintenance. The customer service is great. They are nice, genuine people.They have a nice selection of jewelry so there is no reason to go anywhere else.

The Coca family that operate Fire Fall Jewelers are very friendly and helpful in finding the right piece. If not they can custom design to make you happy. I have done lots of business with them. Beautiful people!

Paul jr was amazing!!! He made my dream of beautiful solitaire diamond earring with jackets come true!!! We live in San Diego, however lived in Calaveras County for 15 yrs. we always went to Firefall Jewelry Shop. We were coming into town for a graduation and wanted to purchase the earrings from Paul.
