I-5 Tire Center & Auto Service

I'm getting ready to go out of town and I called Joe to fix my serpentine belt and they had me in and out of there in an hour service don't get better than that thank you I-5 Ford

Had a great experience getting my oil changed and new tires wheels mounted. They did scuff a wheel but did not wait to tell me, and notified me immediately and offered a plan to fix it on their dime. Mistakes happen, and how they are handled shows a businesses character. I will continue to trust my vehicle to this shop based on this experience.

We had a car issue on our way from Portland to Seattle. They just fixed it right away and charged nothing. Very kind and helpful people.

Recently went and got myself a used Toyota from these guys, not only was the price good but the service was fantastic. Kevin Ulrich helped me out, was friendly and eager to answer questions, didn't get a rushed or pressured vibe at all. The car has been working great, no complaints! Thanks Kevin, and thanks to the rest of the crew down at I5 VW, came all the way down from Everett, well worth it.

Customer service was top notch and besides getting my oil change done quickly they even fixed a recall instead of having me comeback forvanother appointment. Awesome is Awesome

I had an emergency situation while driving on I5 and had to pull over to have my tires checked. Jeb, along with the lead tire specialist promptly assisted me. They were very professional and informative and were able to send me back on the highway safely. First class team they have here!

Had a flat on the way to Seattle 3-9-18 pulled in to possibly get it fixed. The tire was shot but they put my spare on and had us back on the road. Thank you and great customer service.

Blew a tire out on the road late on a friday afternoon. They had a tire and techs who could replace the blown one. I really appreciate them.
