Great customer service this morning, the coffee is perfect, good gas prices, right off the freeway

A few issues with the pumps nothing major. Customer service could be a little better but no major problems with employees. Everybody has their bad days. Usually the cheapest gas in the area. Mostly just the convenience and location that make this ampm worth stopping at. The gas station is usually a stop for workers in the morning and after work.

That's the second time there coffee machine was out of order and it's early in the morning unexpectable

Never has any hot food every time I've gone. Much more worth the trip to go to the new one on rush road in napavine. It's clean, nice employees and always has hot food in the mornings.

Don’t come here if you want hot box food. They never have food available, there would be 3 workers but no one can make hot food? Ridiculous when you have multiple hotels and even a dealership near by. Some people go there for their lunches just to get turned around.

Stopped to get something to drink and had some loud music playing but over the loud music, I heard somebody yelling to take their business elsewhere then saw a woman storm, passed me into the back employees only area of the store are. I know I get to the checkout counter and there was a black woman complaining about the service from the lady that stormed in to the back she walks out of the store and the cashier tells me I hopefully Brandy didn’t hear that. Whoever brandy is called a black lady to take her business elsewhere and I’ve never in my life seen anything like that happen in real life only the movies.

I would give 0 star if I could but it’s not a option. We got here at 10 pm and it’s closed! Like, what?? Why is the store having to be closed for a shift change? Are the employees not capable doing both at the same time. Six customers including myself waiting outside watching a lady with red hair walk around without care. Nice customer service. Not!

The Chehalis, WA AMPM, hired a very foul individual. She is a presumably middle aged woman of African decent. My ex fiance and I were walking on foot. Walked up to the store front. We finished our cigarette, while both logging into the ampm app on our phones. We were not out front more than 2 minutes max when she comes charging out the door. And starts getting very rude. Very clearly judging both of us because we were walking instead of in a vehicle. Well, my ex, got ever so slightly mouthy back. One time. For one sentence. All the sudden the store clerk, starts becoming furious and overly aggressive. No one said a single disrespectful, or out of pocket thing to, or about her. She started calling us names loudly. She threatened my ex. My ex is very short and small. The clerk was easily 4 to 6 times her size. And she started shouting obscenities and insults at us, as we turned our back and walked away from her. Having been ordered off the property. Needless to say, neither of us will ever return to that awful store. And we are both individually filing formal complaints with the company. She does not deserve to have acting foul and rude and disrespectful like was.

Terrible service, drink machines work but too lazy to refill them all day, and never stock the food and if they do they’ll leave the same food all day if you can stop at the one in Centralia. This one has been horrible for years and doesn’t look like they care to make it better.

They should shut the store down, the service is lousy, they never have food, and they wont clean their bathrooms to open them.

I've been going here every day for a few weeks until this morning. The woman who claims to be the manager, Brandy, is the rudest, saddest, most miserable excuse for a customer service representative that I have encountered this year. Not only did she refuse service because I unknowingly filled my own coffee mug contrary to current covid policies, but she did so while not even wearing a mask. I am very conscious and courteous of other people's expectations and had I known (it was not posted anywhere) I wouldn't have used my own mug. She is selectively enforcing rules only to abuse her authority. She obviously enjoys hurting people, so I need to know, why was she ever hired for this position in the first place?

Go to a different AMPM. Thus one is horrible. The owner is a scammer and a liar. He refuses to fix any issues. Worst AMPM I've ever been to.

Went there for gas and a snack on a road trip. The store was dirty and the lady behind the counter "Anna" was the rudest person I've dealt with at a convenience store. The store also needs to fix prices signs cause I was over charged and when asked why I was being charged more. I was told "it is a old sign" be smart and goto a different gas station where they won't rip you off and lie to you and treat you with common decency. Also who charges full price for a cup, full or empty?

7/13/19 @ 7pm. Exhausted after stp bike ride. Went in and bought 6 each Starbucks at $4 dollars a piece and some gatorades. $30.

Wanted to get some quarters ($5) for our group so we all could shower at the park down the road.

Clerk immediately says no. Doesn’t offer the $2 allowed by “the manager” until we ask again if we can get any.

Poor service - easy solution! no more am pm for me, esp. this one, going forward. Gas station down the road gave us the rest we need with a smile. Wish I would have returned the coffees and gave a deserving business my money

This place is a joke just went there n was being rushed out the lady said seems like everyone comes in after she mops the floor they are to lazy to do there job very bad customer service

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Whoever was working 12/19/18 at 4 PM, was inexcusably rude. Called to ask if they had a product in, and they said “No, you called earlier and asked the same question.” No, I never called before, that’s why I just called to ask. I said “no, I didn’t call earlier.” And she hung up on me? Who lets your employees treat people like that? Will NEVER be back.
Update.
Called to speak to the manager, and the same lady answered claiming she was the manager and dropped the f bomb on me. You cannot treat people like that. End of story.
