Pleasant Valley Manufactured Home Community

This park is conveniently located, yet tucked away in a private, tree lined community. The new manager Margaret seems to really care about the residents. I've seen a lot of projects happening there to make the park nice, since Margaret has been the new on-site manager.

Wonderful community with plenty of new and used homes for sale. They even have RV spaces all at a great price. The new onsite manager truly cares about the residents. Great spot to call home in Oroville.

Absolutely beautiful community and the manager I think her name was Margaret ? She was absolutely wonderful. Showed us around and makes you feel at home.

I loved this mobile home park. Zack was an excellent park manager and he helped all of us when we needed help. Cliff was a great and helpful maintenance man. If you needed anything he would always help. I have a unit there now I’m trying to sell my unit cause I moved to Nevada for work. If I was to move back I totally would if Zack and Cliff are still there.

Monica is working really hard to whip this place into shape! She really knows her stuff and is very passionate about it. She is friendly but also professional!

My husband and I recently applied and was approved very quickly for pleasant valley trailer park. The new manager Zach was super on top of everything and things were very smooth because of it. Doreen was also a huge help. Everything was very straight forward. I was very happy with my experience in the application process and the quick responses back.

The manager, Leilani, is hands down the best housing manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She was incredibly helpful during the application and move-in process and she continues to be amazingly supportive to her tenants not only professionally, but on a personal level as well. She has worked very hard to clean this place up and turn it into a respectable community. The world needs more people like her.

Have lived here for just over 4 years now, the previous manager was good and easy to get along with and my wife and I were worried when the park was sold to new management that things would go sideways.

Instead, we have decided to purchase our home instead of renting it, the process to purchase was fairly pain free (as pain free as a mortgage process can be) and the new park manager Leilani and the maintenance man Marvin have been an absolute wonder to work with. Marvin managed to finally fix a major issue we had with the cooler on our unit that had been plaguing us through the old management group.

I can't speak higher of these two, and if the experience I have had is any indicator of our continuing experience here then I am glad my wife and I made the choice to buy and continue living in the area.

The new manager is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It makes communication with the office easy and less intimidating.

I've been here for almost a year and i love it ! The manager and her husband are amazing. Every time I have an issue or something is broken. They come to fix it right away. I've never had an issue. The park is always clean.. everyone minds there own business. I would recommend everyone to apply here..

Sandra the park manager was so nice and helpful. I called around to different parks for RV living and she was the best around. Drove through the park and it looks quiet and pretty.

The new manager Sandra has done amazing things for the park! The pool is beautiful along with the rest of the park and she has worked diligently with all the residents to meet their needs

Our son has lived there for over 6 years. He has TBI and sometimes needs assistance. Leilani and and the staff have been very patient, helpful and they look out for our son.
The park is clean and has a homey feel.

The new manager Monica is nice and friendly and working really hard to get the place looking better.
