I just completed purchase of an Express L6 Elite EZGO from I-5 Motorsports to modify as a transport cart for injured athletes at our high school and also for use by maintenance, FFA, athletics and CTE. Working primarily with Russ, the owner, we negotiated a very fair purchase price allowing the upgrade to the L6 which better suits our needs than the Liberty Elite. Russ was patient as the wheels can turn slowly with school district bureaucracies and he was accommodating and even communicated with me while on vacation. He was helpful with suggestions on cart modifications and workable on pricing, allowing discounts which made the cart more affordable. Rachel and Lily were also very helpful and Rachel was able to answer many of our questions and provide paperwork and guidance in closing the deal. I have no reservations in recommending I-5 Motorsports. They have experienced sales and service people and can find the perfect cart for you in their huge inventory. Their service folks can even modify your cart, customizing it to your specifications, depending on your needs. While everything in 2023 gives me sticker shock because of "Bidenomics" I took competitive bids from several cart companies and while price was not the final factor it was important. My EZGO rep made me comfortable in explaining all the customizations and the latest features of EZGO. I made a great choice. Even though I had a full enclosure customized for mirrors, fenders, and usb port, the cart was ready 9 days earlier than originally quoted. Its gorgeous! Rachel and Travis answered all my questions and were very flexible with my pick-up time which I changed 3 times because I had an hour and a half drive time to Napavine from Cathlamet. Im confident that these are the type of people that I can depend on servicing my EZGO gas cart down the road based on the responses that I received.

I cannot recommend I-5 Motorsports enough! Russ, the head of service, along with Rachael, his service manager, and Tyler, the lead mechanic, provided exceptional service when my newly purchased EZGO cart (for my Mom) began making a clicking noise. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident as they were thorough in addressing the issue, which turned out to be a defect requiring a rear axle replacement by EZGO.

Beyond the repair, the team did a fantastic job customizing the cart, adding running lights, mirrors, and a full enclosure. My Mom, who is not easily pleased, was absolutely delighted with the end result. A special shoutout to Russ for personally delivering the repaired cart to her and patiently answering all her queries. Purchased an Icon Hauler with a dump bed from I-5. Easy to do the purchase, and they worked with us to deliver it to our rural location. We love the hauler, and use it to move yard equipment and cuttings around our property. Also, like that the unit is fully equipped and has lights, mirrors, and seatbelts.

I built out a custom golf cart on EZGO on line and was contacted from Ryan Young from I-5 Motorsports. Ryan was extremely helpful and they did an outstanding job in building out my cart! I would highly recommend I-5 Motorsports!

Sales and delivery were both top notch. Good communication throughout process, which was nice since I am out of town. Knowledgeable and very helpful and eager to explain and answer questions. Good selection of new and gently used carts. Highly recommended.

A rare place where customer service is still a key part of the experience. I just purchased a new EZGO cart from I5 Motorsprorts. I live 3 hours away so we did the whole thing over the phone. I worked with Russ at the start, but then Rusty handled a bulk of my questions and they both did a great job. From the aftermarket wheels and tires to the very nice enclosure I could not be more pleased with my new cart. Having the enclosure custom made added 2 weeks from time of purchase to actual pickup but once I saw it I new it was worth the wait. Everything was perfect. They did a great job of keeping me updated on progress and the cart was ready for pickup when I arrived. The whole purchase was great. Used it for the first round of golf yesterday and man did I get a lot of compliments on it. I have already given their info out to 3 others on the coarse. Thank you Russ and Rusty both for the all of the extra help you gave me during this purchase!!

Eric was great! Eric took the time to show me several carts and helped me pick what was best for me. I never felt rushed or pressured as I looked around trying to find what suited me best. I showed up ready to purchase a 2 seater electric cart and left with a 4 seat gas! They had inventory in stock which was unusual in todays world and their prices were fair. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to my friends.

They helped us get a nice used golf cart, added some really nice accessories that fit our needs, encouraged us to test drive a couple, weren't pushy but provided a lot of operational and function information we needed to know, delivered it to our home in like new condition. My husband and grandkids love it. My grown sons are a bit envious 😁, and we get lots of waves and smiles.

Just looking at a new golf cart to replace an old one online with I-5 Motorsports. Asked for a quote and received a call from Russ. He was extremely helpful and sent us additional information on the carts that were on a special. We then heard from Rustie! What a refreshing experience! Gave us info on a new cart that end of season. Guess what! We bought it. Had a couple of accessories added and Rustie got all the paper work in order and when we arrived 3 days later we were in, out and loaded up in 30 minutes. Love that place.

We wanted to get a special gift for our parents. Once we saw the custom Coug golf cart...we knew it was perfect. We had exceptional service from Rustie. She was always willing to take our call and answer any questions we had. Extremely knowledgeable about the cart. 110% recommend them to anyone looking for a golf cart! We appreciate how easy they were to work with.

All I can say is WOW! The selection of carts here is fantastic. Rustie was awesome with absolutely no pressure put on us whatsoever. The buying process was simple, fast and efficient. This is not like buying a car where you spend hours, waiting for things to get done. The date promised to have our cart ready was early and it was meticulously detailed. I can't thank you all enough, but Rustie you deserve the the biggest praise because you treated us as if we were special and not just a customer. I would definitely buy here again. Maybe I'll even buy one of your scooters!

Rustie, the sales woman, has a natural way of showing everyone how important you are when you visit. I was so impressed with the honest, direct, and super fair sales approach. No smoke and mirrors here. Just a low overhead, honest and fair price for any one of an awesome line of carts. They research their products and won't sell anything they don't believe in and stand behind. They also do custom work and their craftsmanship is second to none!

Rusty provided top notch service and was able to get me into the vehicle that best fit my needs. She took care of everything over the phone and through email. Being able to do this saved me hours as I live on the Oregon Coast two hours away from the dealership. The EZ Go cart that I bought, with Rusty’s help, is amazing. I was very happy with my purchasing experience. The owner, Russ, and I spoke on the phone a couple time to discuss what I was looking for. When we arrived, he had the cart pulled up to the front and he and Ryan went over all the details and took the time to explain all the features. We also had a chance to check out a few other golf carts while we were there. At no time did we feel pressured and both Russ and Ryan took the time to answer all the questions we had. When we decided which cart to buy, we got a great deal on the cart and a few accessories.
