Chavalier's Hair Majesty

I have been a customer for a couple of years now because my hair stylist retired and I was looking for an ethnic hair salon near me. I really lucked out with Chavalier's Hair Majesty. I love the end results and the TLC Ms. La Denya gives my hair. She can do just about any hairstyle you desire and her prices are very reasonable. If you want a great look, this is the place to go. Her hours vary so call ahead.

Went in for "the big chop," and that's exactly what I got. It took me a while to write this review because I didn't want to down talk a black business, but bad business is bad business! LeDenya has cut my hair before, so after growing my hair out for 3 years, I entrusted her with my big chop. Not only did she chop my hair, she nicked and burned my scalp as well. Then charged me $150 on top of the $25 tip I gave. To be completely honest at some point the cut was fixable but she chose to take my money and let me leave her business with a terrible cut. Had I not said anything she would have not given me a refund and been okay with what she did which showed a lack of integrity. It's been 3 weeks the hair cut is still terrible and will take a while to grow out. I still don't understand why! As a professional! How? Why? What was your motivation?
