I could give my appreciation to Ramos furniture in Pittsburgh, California for their exceptional customer care and quality of merchandise at reasonable prices. I’d like to thank Mary and Francisco and staff for their dedication to taking care of their customers and communicating their business practice's, they have great warranty policies and have a delivery set up. I have bought five pieces of furniture from Ramos and was 100% satisfied. I would recommend Ramos furniture to all my family and friends. what a great store.

We have now furnished our 2nd home from Ramos Furniture. They always take care of us and have a great staff who are friendly and knowledgeable. We worked with Josselyn this time and she was on top of everything and worked within our budget to get us high quality items. She walked around with us and took a mental list, remembered everything we wanted, and got us the best deal. She was on top of her game. I was always skeptical about places like this, but they have proved me wrong. Any problems they fix them and they make sure you are satisfied. Also items in stock came faster than quoted and my kids got to enjoy their rooms way before we thought. Super satisfied!!

I've bought from them several times. One year sectional and dinning set 8yrs ago and still look about the same this year bought sectional for living room. Very happy with their furniture .

Great experience with the rep named Joceline. She was kind and patient while helping my grandma chose a bed. She gave us a lot of options by looking at catalogs. Joceline was honest by letting us know the bed we chose may have shipping delays. She called and communicated throughout the week to update us on the delays. She recommended switching the order to a similar bed with a faster delivery and we are very thankful she helped us! Delivery personnel was really nice as well!

Francisco and Andrea are very helpful and friendly. I have now purchased 2 full bedrooms and my living room furniture all from Ramos over that past 1 1/2 years and couldn’t be happier. Great prices, friendly employees, and I never ever have felt pressured to make a purchase, which is common in a lot of sales environments! I truly believe they are there to make the customers happy and to give the customers the best deal possible!

Exceptional customer service at this location (all salesmen) with a wide variety of furniture in store and from there catalogs. Delivery services are also very consistent, timely, and professional. The sales associate, Mary, was very patient, persistent, and willing to go above and beyond expectations for several of my purchases to provide the services that I needed. Josselyn was very nice and patient when my husband and I were there. She even stayed late to help us finish our purchase. everyone who approached us was also very nice and helpful. They have very nice peices for everyone's style here as well. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for new furniture. we intend on coming back for future purchases.

Just finally putting my review in. We got a great deal on upgrading our bedroom furniture and mattress. Our master bedroom now looks so great! We chose the serta Icomfort hybrid version and love it. Lots of choices and nice quality for what you pay for. Highly recommend! Our sales associate took excellent care of us. Delivery staff did a great job setting everything up for us. We will definitely be back for our future needs.

The associate was very helpful. She was knowledgable about the products and was able to answer all my questions. I appreciated that I was greeted almost immediately and offered help. Also when I let her know I was just looking, I appreciated that I was given space to look around without feeling pressured. My experience was seamless. There is absolutely nothing that I would change about my experience. After having dealt with Ashley Furniture and their non-existent customer service, Ramos was like being waited on by a team of all-stars. Their constant communication and accommodating timeframe has gained a customer for life.

I came in to browse around for a master bedroom set and right away I was greeted by a warm and friendly smile from Maribel .she showed me all the types of sets that I was looking for in my description and after narrowing it down, she worked her magic and gave me a great price!!! I feel like I got more than expected so that's why I would probably buy again from this family owned business.

We had a wonderful experience here! We came in looking for a sectional couch and coffee table and was able to get a floor model and brig it home the same day! Ramos Furniture was a great place for different furniture options and wonderful customer service! I’d recommend anyone to come here for any of their household furniture needs!!

Joselyn was amazing. She was helpful and energetic and checked on us constantly throughout our tour of the floor. Her friendly attitude and product knowledge made it easy to decide and be confident in our purchase .
