The lady was very rude! She didn't even have the time of day for me. Didn't even bother to look up my name. Threatened me with loss of my status. Still didn't even ask my name. After she threatened me. I felt very insecure! The lady at the front desk should not have this job!!!

The lady who is a job coach has no idea what she is doing and has a very lousy attitude it is my feeling that someone else should have her job someone with more people skills and experience
