Breathtaking view with exceptional service, cleanliness and the friendliest staff you'll ever meet! The rooms are comfortable and updated! Big screen TV had a crisp clear view! And if your the social type id highly recommend there relaxing pool and hot tub for get togethers! also no need for a trip to Denny's their breakfast is second to none! I would recommend to ALL my friends family and loved ones! This will be my only place to stay when I visit Nephi (honestly im pretty sad to be leaving so soon!) ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Welcoming and friendly staff that understood when I had to end my reservation early to move closer to my job. Swapping from weekly to daily rate was not a problem and they immediately refunded the difference to my card. Thank y’all for being understanding!

I was getting married and needed a hotel for all of my guests. The manager was very helpful and helped me reserve all the rooms with early check in. The price was awesome too! Not to mention we showed up to our honeymoon suite to find rose petals, chocolate and towels shaped like swans. Thank you for making our night special!

We came here the night after we got married, and they were so nice to us! They gave us one of their best Roma, and it was very clean and comfortable. We missed the checkout time, but they were still sweet to us and gave great service.

We arrived very late from a long leg of our road trip, with a dog in tow. The manager was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Got us our room quickly without any hassle. The room was clean and simple. Despite being next to one of the exit doors and the swimming pool, we were not disturbed by a lot of noise. Much better than I expected.

Definitely am impressed by the customer service that I experienced while staying at this hotel. Im a local and had to stay in a hotel due to our home not having electricity because we had busted the main breaker. But the room was very nice,comfortable and clean. I wanted a smoking room and usually no matter what hotel it is a smoking room smells like smoke,but our room definitely had a fresh clean smell when we walked in. The hot tub and pool which are both inside were absolutely fantastic and the breakfast which included waffles was great. I'll definitely be recommending and staying again if my home doesn't have power for a few more days

Place is clean, and beds are firm. Pool is realy warm, and hot tub is hot. The receptionist is nice and respectful. I have no complaints at all. Its a great place to hang your hat for the night. It wouldnt hurt to dump a little money into the place though. Our rooms smoke detector had no battery, and the light/vent fixture in the bathroom needed some help. But thise are minor to to me. Great stay, and would certainly stay again.

Stayed there last summer (2013) and have wanted to come back ever since. Great stop on the 15 if you're headed either way. Clean rooms, great rate, best bang for your buck. Friendly owner and felt safe. First time solo road tripping and this place was great. Can't wait to be back soon.

Very clean, simple but well-appointed rooms. Gave us extra towels and pillows no charge. Even left the pool and hot tub open a little later for us. Would definitely return!

Great hotel, cheapest in town. Room was clean with all of the amenities. Pool and hot tub indoors. Did not expect this for only $60 per night after taxes. Stayed here twice on my trip to Idaho and back to Phoenix

This is a 5 star rating because of the value for money. I’ve stopped in some expensive dives in my life but I can’t knock this place. The rooms are dated but clean and the bathrooms are pretty good as well. I doubt I’m allowed to say how cheap it was....but value alone makes it worth booking.

A great place for travellers to stop by & spend night, one or two. You will have refreshing baths. They will provide you breakfast for free. Try adding 4-5 creamers in the coffee. It will taste great!

Listen.. I don’t understand any 2 or 3 star reviews. This 50 dollar a night gem has everything you need.. cleanliness, a warm bed, satellite tv, and WiFi. It is not the rinse, but for what you get compared to what you are paying for, definitely a five-star deal

We stayed here twice on our way to and from the grand canyon. We slept comfotably, had fun in the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was just fine. The staff were very accomidating and friendly. The local restaraunts were also small town friendly.

I needed a shower and a sleep... Room was clean, A/C worked, water was hot. Only bad thing I noticed was the lack of a stopper in the sink. $45.00 was more than fair.

Great location right off the freeway. Mary at the front desk is super friendly and great to work with.

Well for the low Price and the good rooms it’s good. Only thing was BigO is to the west so get a east room. Great SAT tv, service, and pretty clean. Would recommend.

I always like staying here if I can because you really don't pay that much extra to have some nicer amenities and generally have breakfast in the morning. I have stayed at many of these and they're always a good and well ran establishment.

The room was nice, there wasn't enough towels but that is okay. The place feels a bit old but it is all I expected for the $60 I spent to sleep there.

Stayed for a few weeks; clean, quiet, good continental breakfast for price, comfortable bed, accommodating front desk and best price in town. Will be my go to place if in the area again.
