Big O Tires

I just needed my tire fixed. It wasn’t holding air. I had no idea there was a nail in the tire. I was expecting to be charged for fixing the tire. When they were done they handed me the keys. Didn’t cost me a dime. I was very exited. I had been struggling to keep air in this tire for a while. The guys at Big O in Nephi are always friendly and helpful.

Went in for brakes and rotors, and the price was way better than I expected. They called everywhere and couldn't get in the parts till the next morning, but I told them I only had a small window of time the next day when I was available. So when I did come by the next day, I was very happy when they took care of it really quick and got me back out the door with plenty of time for my next obligations. They gave me a great quote on some tires too, and I plan on returning for those in the near future.

Our starter went out from home and we were in a pinch on a Saturday. I called and spoke with Zach who told us they would most likely be able to accommodate. Quoted me a fair price the starter was fixed much sooner than they said it would be. Great experience.

These guys are awesome. They have done a bunch of different work for me and the parts they get for your vehicle are amazing. I would recommend them to anybody.

As usual the great people at Big O Nephi met me at the door in their usual friendly and helpful manner. They serviced my wife’s car by rotating and balancing the tires in their usual quick manner. As always, done perfectly. I really like what they do for me here.

Kent was very respectful and professional as well as the other workers. My vehicle was done in a timely manner. Will definitely be going back for any vehicle maintenance needed. Highly recommend. 🙂

The crew at Big O in Nephi are excellent. They did 4 tires and an alignment on my 2017 Hyundai Tucson. The customer service was great. They were able to fit me in on a Saturday and got the work done fast. Will be returning for all my vehicle needs.

We were just driving through to St. George when our car started making a loud knocking sound. I pulled off the freeway and Big O tires was very close by. They were so helpful and got my car in right away and took a look at it. Luckily, it was a small issue, and they took care of it for me quickly and for free. I cannot thank them enough.

Big O helped us out in a pinch this past week. Our vehicle broke down in Nephi, UT and Big O got it fixed within a day. I was grateful it happened during their business hours! Big O also fixed one of our headlights, as well. The staff was knowledgable and thorough. And they accommodated our situation by holding on to our vehicle for a week while we were out of town. Great job, Big O!

I walked in asking for a miracle after my daughter’s car was struggling to make it from Orem to AZ. Stopped here hoping to uncover the issue, praying it wasn’t something that was going to break the bank or be major damage. Come to find out our daughter, who has driven the car for over 2 1/2 yrs had never given the car an oil change. Apparently, she was told as long as she was adding oil (bc of a previous leak, which was minimal) she didn’t need a regular oil change. Needless to say I won’t out who told her this, but after learning the oil change was all that was needed, we had a good laugh and will be talking about this one for years to come. So grateful for the mechanic taking care of the car and getting us safely on the road without too much of a delay.

I got a flat tire in the middle of the night driving from Vegas to ID and had to change my tire on the side of the road. Got to this shop on my spare and Rocky & Noah were super sweet and we able to repair my tire and get me back on the road in no time. They didn't even charge me which was super nice and I wish I had cash to tip. When they put my spare back in my trunk they put the foam piece back and organized the jack and everything (I had just frustratedly thrown them in the trunk after finishing changing my tire). I was able to finish the rest of my drive (5 hrs) and didn't need to get a new tire. Thank you!!!!!!!

We had to swing by Big O after our tire pressure dropped on a road trip. They were quick & efficient which is appreciated since we have small kids.

We were on our way to a family reunion in Idaho when we got a flat tire in Nephi. Big O Tires in Nephi UT was able to get us in right away and we were back on the road in 15 minutes!! They had a great waiting area with kids toys. Thank you so much!

We stopped in with an urgent problem. We were towing our small camping trailer to St George. We had a full spare tire that was under inflated and way out of balance. The service manager and technician were able to pull the tire, balance and inflate the tire for us in about 45 minutes. Since we are long time BIg O Tires customers they did not charge us. We are very grateful for their service.

Best tire shop around fast and get things done right make sure your car is good and thoroughly looked over! I have gotten many tire sets and alignments here and they have a forever customer!!! Thank you guys!
