Sent my son in for his upgrade and Charlene took care of him, did an amazing job getting my son all set up with his new phone. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service at this store every time, we will always go to this store!

This store offers amazing customer service. I recommend it to people all the time! Charlene is the best. She is always very thorough & covers all my questions. Even when I can't get down to the store, she quickly answers any questions I have on the phone!

Jennifer was a pleasure to work with, she knew exactly what to recommend for me. I'm not real Savvy with a lot of complicated phones and she was just a pleasure to work with we talked about a lot of things she's very easy to talk to we didn't talk and make anyone wait for service. There was no other customer, so we visited more than we would have normally done she was a pleasure, very easy to feel comfortable being there and I was real happy with her recommendation and I appreciate the service

I have always had great experiences with Russell Cellular locations and this was no exception the team at the Nephi Utah branch went over the top. Constantly friendly. My phone had broken the night before and they did absolutely everything in their power to help me. Even staying 30 minutes after closing and tirelessly helping me for a combined 3 hours without missing a beat on the customer service. I have and will recommend this place to anybody who is interested if i could give it more stars I would.

I bought my new S22 here recently, and they couldn't have been more helpful. And when I had to go back to fix a personal mess up, they were able to get me up and running in just a few minutes. I highly recommend this store!

Russell cellular was awesome helping my mother setting up her phone. They are better than the real Verizon store.. they are more patient less pressure.. and if I have any problems I can get my questions answered right away.. I highly recommend Russel cellular to anyone looking to get a new phone

Charlene is a badass. When I came in, I was in a huge hurry to get to work. She sold me a phone in record time, and still had time to be kind and friendly. You're awesome!

I received excellent treatment at this store. Came in to the store looking for alternatives for my current service. Ending leaving the store with Verizon as my service provider and great new phone. The staff there were knowledgeable and made the whole experience very seamless.

The employee was super nice, and helpful. I had my two young ones with me. She got my kids a coloring page and crayons to occupies there time, while I picked out a new phone.

Charlene was super awesome! She helped me find what I needed, and even installed the screen protector/phone case for me! Will definitely return to this location for future needs.

I recently got a new I Phone 10 and needed to get things transferred from my old phone to my new one. I went into the Nephi store for assistance. Charlene and another lady were very helpful and worked really hard to get things switched for me. We were able to get everything but my email account switched. I went back in to next day and Charlene again worked really hard and was finally able to get that set up for me too. If you need help with your cell phone I recommend you go into to the Nephi store and ask for Charlene or the other lady working there. They both went way out of their way to make sure I was able to get things transferred and that I was able to use this new phone!!!!

Russell Cellular was very helpful getting my wife's phone and watch phone set up and everything switched over. They were able to answer all our questions and made some good suggestions.
