Nine months ago my wife and I decided to move to Cedar City. My wife actually found our house. We and the seller’s decided to bring in our agents to make sure everything was handled correctly. Brett represented the sellers while we were represented by a company from a neighboring city.

Of course that was when Covid started so it presented us with huge challenges listing and showing our home in California and delays in closing on our new home. (real estate was not an essential business).

Brett worked tenaciously for the seller, pushing us to close on our new home here before our old home had closed. With real estate it’s like dominos, everything is lined up ahead waiting for the first domino to fall. Luckily everything worked out for all involved!

At the end of the day we understood Brett was looking out for the best interests of his clients. Post closing Brett has been a huge wealth of information, recommending various contractors and services here in Cedar City. Should we ever decide to sell this house, Brett would be the realtor of choice.
