When there is an issue they are negligent and unhelpful. This office was unable to send my mail to the correct address after numerous time calling to correct it. They upped my bill over 65% one month without my knowledge and refused to refund me the full price when I cancelled my insurance due to this. Very unhelpful and lazy, not returning calls or managing refunds correctly for weeks. Bad customer service and unprofessional.
