Lowe's Home Improvement

This Lowe’s store has an exceptional staff. Always helpful and knowledgeable. I took in a ladder to get the right bolts to put it together and the clerk not only found them , he put them in!

I stopped in for some gardening supplies. I was greeted by friendly store associates when i arrived. Everything I needed was In stock and there was a wide selection for all the items I looked at during my visit. thanks for the great experience!

Like Home Depot minus the mayhem Danta’s vision of hell. Staff is helpful store is clean and you can buy a tool without having to wait for 3 different employees to unlock 4 locks,

Usually, the store is well stocked and staffed. It is easier to find help than the home depot near by.

Dan was especially helpful. I didn't even have to ask him!, found what I was looking for immediately. You need more employees like him

Brett and Caitlyn in Lumber were AMAZING. They helped us navigate a tough situation with the price of clearance items, went above and beyond to help us get the materials to a place where it would fit in our vehicle and even stayed with us past closing to ensure everything went well all the way out. I could not thank them enough. Reminded me of the small town lumber store service I get up north. Really something exceptional. We were in such a hurry too since we showed up 30 min before closing with a huge order I needed filled by 6 am, but they didn't take it personal by helping as as fast as anyone could. A++ assistance. Usually a home depot guy, but already reconsidered - I am a newly converted Lowes shopper. I wouldn't be surprised if their energy is throughout the store, but if not, would love to see more of it!!

Large store, large selection, reasonable prices - not always lowest but close.
Huge parking lot.

Update Apr 21 - outside signs said 229, inside was 249, cashier gave it to me for 229 after showing the display signs

Yay Lowe's! So much better than home Depot in every way

I've been shopping at Lowe's for years, but this Lowe's hands down is the best one in the Bay area. All the staff here are very friendly. If you go during the middle of the day or almost any time, you can always get help. Everybody here is also very helpful and if they can't help you they will find somebody who can

Was very impressed with the shipping and delivering my Butcher block Counters to my 2nd home, on time, packed extremely well as was mentioned to me. I have appliances on Thursday lets shoot for two for two delivery

I was so impressed with the friendliness and the ease of shopping the store. I had gone to home depot previously and could not tolerate the rudeness of the customers and the employees much less the Disorganization. The Home Depot seems to have a large in stock variety of items compared to Lowe's but nothing I needed that
Lowes didn't have. I will continue to shop this store

plants and succulents to choose from. Very organized.

Lowe's is my go to home improvement store. The staff is almost always friendly. They seem to treat homeowners a little better than other big home improvement stores. I can get almost all of what I need by popping in here. From small to large they have helped me make improvements all around my home. I utilized their professional services referral and had new HVAC installed and recently had to just running in to pick up a kitchen cabinet pull. I'll be back soon for the new season refresh.

I purchased plants. They always have a big selection of indoor and outdoor plants. Also, check out the plants on clearance. (Inside/outside). Friendly staff, too. Clean store.

Plenty of parking not too crowded found good deals quick and easy in and out. Would shop here more if it was less off the beaten path. If you are willing to go a bit farther I think you will get what you need.

I’m still impressed with Lowe’s it’s clean and organized really friendly help that is all over the store and they won’t leave you standing waiting for hours in no man’s land of the giant home improvement stores. A way better choice of goods to purchase.

The customer service here was exceptional!! Very professional!! Very Helpful!! I had to go to the Lowe's in Concord, because the Lowe's in Fairfield didn't have what I needed in stock, and they looked up what I needed and found it for me in Concord, which wasn't too far of a drive for me. I really appreciate their help. Awesome job!!!
