Cant fault this place at all. Well looked after, free coffee and biscuits served by a nice man with a nice come to bed eyes. Would come back anytime I was passing. Recommended.

They provide only marriage licenses and you will be responsible for the ceremony and getting your licenses signed by an officiater. The licenses is 82$ . The website offers a list of officiaters.

Not Identifying address or place.

I say this only because I went there expecting them to be open per gaps and there's a sign on the door saying closed for holidays. Hoping in the future, they update gmaps with holiday hours. Two other people showed up at the same time, one of which had driven an hour to get here.

Pushed back date over 5 times to reopen and told us two separate dates to come back for a marriage license, both times we were turned away and left empty handed by employees and security.
Unsatisfied. Other clerk's are offering marriage licenses during Covid-19, no reason our county shouldn't be.

They never answer the phone! So I went to a clerks office in a different county that does answer their phone and paid half of what I would have paid here in Kern County for a marriage license. So a win for me in the end!

Never answer the phone or tells to hold in line and call drop... maybe was covid times but had few help coming from phone calls. only way is through mail or email which takes almost a month for a simple DBA...

Rude! If you don’t like your job, do the tax payer a favor and quit! No ones begging you to be there and your annoying and as sweet as a hornet stinger.
