I moved an hour and 45 mins away from St Louis and needed furniture ASAP! I went to 6 different furniture stores in my new city and all but 1 told me it would be at least 3 weeks for delivery and quoted me an astronomical amount for delivery and set up... I saw iDeal furniture and saw all the great reviews and decided to check them out. I went the next day and met Nader. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to help me and accommodate my needs! He was able to help me with financing and getting my furniture delivered the very next day! I told him that it's one thing to get good service, but getting GREAT service is rare and that's exactly what he gave me! I am forever grateful for Nader!

After buying some chairs online and hating them, I decided it was best to go in person. I went to an Ashley and found the sofa I wanted but it would not arrive for weeks.
I decided to look for a furniture store nearby and came across Ideal Furniture.
The store is in the back of a shopping center, you may even miss it if you aren’t paying attention. I was hesitant to go in but I’m so glad I did!

Nader, the owner, took the time to talk to me and find what I was looking for. He listened and suggested pieces that would work for my spaces.
He actually CARES! He offers affordable furniture and gives 5 star service. Wow! I was not expecting that!
Not only did Nader beat Ashley’s prices, he was able to get me the furniture faster and his customer service was outstanding.

Nader and his dad definitely treat his customer as friends.
If you are looking for furniture this is the place to go. The showroom is not fancy but the service is top notch. Give them a chance. You will not be disappointed.

I found this place after a friend recommended it and I am so glad she did. The owner, Nader, took time to go through catalogs with me and offered suggestions that pulled it all together. Extremely great service from Nader. He is a kind, patient gentleman that answered all of me and my mom's questions over the period of two days(we were indecisive about some items from different stores but ultimately got everything from Ideal). They have great prices and definitely work with you to find better/different options if something is out of your budget. I will definitely be returning to buy more items. iDealfurniture the new furniture store that is local.they are still setting up, but ready to serve you with a wide range of prices, very humble and handsome salesman that are not pushy, willing to listen and eager to please no matter what your need is, Nader greeted me upon my entry showed me around, explaining each item that I looked at from the lowest to the highest level he told me about available financing and that they deliver your purchases and then he text me the Snap financing information upon my leaving. When I say that the application was very easy to do with an approval within seconds. Nader greeted me the next day and worked with me so patiently until I was pleased with the decision made with my mattress and foundation set and they delivered for free within the hour. I tip my hat to him because I know that is not easy. Thank you gentlemen for your patience

They just delivered my beautiful dining room set and counter stools. I priced these elsewhere, and they were considerably higher. The store has some unique furniture, at great prices. They are very professional and courteous. I will be back when I’m ready to make another furniture purchase.

Shopping at iDealFurniture was the best decision I could have made. Not only was the price for an adjustable base very reasonable, the transition was very seamless with free same day delivery. Nader, my sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable, about the bedframe and the base. He showed me how to work the bed and answered all of my questions. They even delivered the bed, assembled it, and removed my old frame. I also received a free mattress cover for my purchase. I would definitely recommend iDealFurniture for your furniture needs. Incredible customer service! Nader went above and beyond. We had some difficulty with getting the last two chairs we purchased together. He picked them up, put them together and brought them back to the office. He also picked up the trash from the other chairs on the way out... highly recommend!!

I just want to give a big ups to Nader he went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect bed and mattress. I didn't feel pressured or rushed he made sure I walked away with someone that was just right for me. Also when I accidentally got a queen instead of king he went back in changed it in a good amount of time. My mom was looking for furniture and we been all around town and she found nothing that caught her eyes, so my sister googled local furniture stores and Idea popped up, we went there and boom my mom found exactly what she was looking for, the owner was amazing! His customer service was excellent! He was able to hold the furniture at the store until my mom home finished getting remodeled and was able to set up delivery and set up on the day she preferred! He has definitely earned our business, my sister even bought a bed from him the same day, and he threw in a dresser for me at no cost he’s amazing! My mom and I were out browsing for a new bedroom set. We just so happen see the sign and stopped in. They didn't pounce on us and let us look around. When he did come speak he was very polite. Excellent pricing and the furniture is good quality. They even delivered and set up for free. Yes we will be repeat customers! I was headed to buy a set twice the price with less quality. They also have mattress sets for great prices!

We almost missed the location it is a little hidden but excellent customer service. Worked with us to get what we needed at an excellent quality and price. Excellent delivery and installation then follow up was made by owners to tweak a few things.

I was looking for a mattress super late and delivered the same day and Nader and his Dad did that for me. Super affordable and comfortable mattress. I have a no shoe policy and before i even stated it they took off their shoes and that was just perfect. Will definitely be shopping with you guys again and will send many more people your way.

I buy furniture from ideal furniture since the week before opening, there family owned and Nader has the most wonderful family, I love that he doesn't talk to you like a salesman he talks to you like a friend not like another customer, he's extremely helpful with everything. He would literally have to shut his doors permanently before I would go somewhere else..
