I had not purchased a new phone and a very long time I had a dinosaur iPhone 7 and I upgraded to an iPhone 14. Yes, I had some questions and the sales representative was extremely helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. She encouraged me to come back anytime I had any problems and she would help me figure out how to use my new phone… I’m not a tech person so her help was very much appreciated . Eliana was awesome 🤘

I went to the Verizon Callaway store to buy a phone on 25 April 2023 and came back the next day as I had questions and help with my new phone. During this time I dealt with employees Katie, Eliana, and Jennifer. They all were very nice, patient, and respectful towards me. I'm old and not great with the new phones, but they took the time and got me through what I needed to feel confident using my new phone. I greatly appreciate all three of them treating me as a valued customer and providing a positive relaxed atmosphere for me as a customer. They welcomed me back if I needed help with my phone. I greatly appreciate it!

Eliana M. was more than helpful, very polite and personable. She made the experience absolutely stress free and made everything absolutely easy to understand from getting the right phone that would suit me the best and explaining the best plan to suit my needs! 10/10 would recommend this location!

Jennifer was able to answer all of our questions and took such good care of us. She found the best plan for our needs and was able to take care of some things on our account. She was friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back.

The staff was prompt polite and patient. I really appreciate dealing with professionals that aren’t pushy or “salesy” All I ask is to possibly add some cheap complementary coffee to sip on.

Eliana was thorough, friendly, explained the process well, offered to help, offered additional products that would enhance my phone and phone using experience, without feeling pushy or too sales like. She explained warranties on products and was very efficient while educating me. I was very impressed. Giovanni was fast and friendly. Our first visit to the store was not pleasant. It was a lot of fast talking sales tactics from several employees. They were all just trying to sell me something but then giving the "oh and by the way" later on. It ended up costing me way more than they quoted. I was not happy to have to return to the store and dreaded the thought...but Giovanni didn't pressure us into anything. We was fast, friendly, up front and very knowledgeable. He's a great rep and saved us a lot of money. I hope he is still there should I ever need to go in store again.

The manager of this store is amazing! He answered all my questions early in the day. Took time to go through all my options and phone information. When I came in later to pick up the phones I had bought he helped set them up and was extremely helpful. He was friendly and knew what he was doing!
