Liz and her team are all amazing and patient centered! Your drug store works with patient's and heath care professionals in many ways to help access there medication needs.

By far my favorite pharmacy in Bakersfield!!! They literally saved me over $500 on my much needed insulin when I was between insurances and saved my life. Liz and her whole team are always so friendly and efficient. They really do their best to help everyone here and you can tell that they genuinely care about people. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough!!! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

The other day I left a review that was a bit naughty.. I was in pain and I was looked "I felt" like a drug addict.. But that so wasn't the case.. The staff at the pharmacy ended up helping me and thank you Jesus.. my toe has started its healing stage.. As for the pain pills turned out I only needed 2 out of the bottle and now I'm pain free..

For anyone looking for a pharmacy that is quick and courteous, this is it. I even got a call to inform me that their hours had changed for the holidays so I wouldn't miss picking up my medications. Now that is great customer service!

This place is the best pharmacy in town! The staff and pharmacists are super helpful and above all very kind and compassionate. They know how to deal with all insurance companies and will do everything in their power to help you get what you need as quickly as possible. If you have any question or concerns they are more than happy to go over medications and side effects, and possible interactions with you and recommend things that will help. I love that they can be both quick and get you in and out in a time pinch but will also take all the time you need to go over anything with you even if it's busy. I highly recommend Your Drug Store to everyone! The customer service is top notch and they truly care about the people coming in. If you want to have a great pharmacy experience with a caring personal touch this is the place for you. Thank you for always taking care of me when I'm not well. :)

Initially, I had a negative customer service experience but the pharmacy manager reached out to me to better understand the set of events that occurred in order to amend the situation.
