I gave them a logo and 4 shirts to get embroidered. They told me i’d be a couple days at most. Almost 3 weeks in total had past and they still could not do my 4 shirts. Horrible. Hopefully next time they realize that it’s a big deal to some people and they need some work done at a timely manner. Next time, don’t tell your customers “a couple days” and take 3 weeks and do no work to the shirts.

If your willing to read this you will not go here either, but long story short didn't work on item for 4 months and didnt seem to care one bit. 1 star not low enough for my dissapointment. My girlfriend gave them a sweater 4/5/14 that was too small and needed it a little bigger. For a couple weeks passed I went to see if any progress, I got told they were busy and they would call me. Another few weeks no call so I figured really busy so it went on a month and still nothing I went in again and they said we havent gotten to it yet and would work on it that weekend. Confident I would get a call soon still nothing. I thought I would bug them and left a couple months go by, nothing still went in 7/8/14 and got told still haven't gotten to it like it was no big deal and was told they would start on it friday. By this time I was upset, then was told "oh it will only take 30 min" that did it I was going to tell them something but kept my cool and politly asked for the sweater back. The lady got up and grabbed my sweater and handed it to me without even a sorry or face of letting a customer down like she didnt even care.
