You should give this shop a try.. Excellent customer service. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The store was clean and well stocked. The staff member knew his products and explained them in detail. Great experience.

They serve as a central hotspot for order pick ups for the 420Kingdom boys.
They also seemed to have quite the eclectic collection of bongs and pieces.

I went in as a beginner in the vape industry and the worker helped me out with finding the best item for me, he assisted me in setting up my product along with answering any questions I had!

Arrived on a Sunday afternoon to get a replacement glass for my tank that shattered. Ended up getting a new tank, batteries, charger, juice, and coils.

Super friendly staff that recommended a Zeus tank and coastal cloud I’ve never heard of and absolutely blown away.

This is how businesses should be run, outstanding genuine staff, good recommendations, and quality products at reasonable prices. Will be sure to return here and buy products even though I live in LA

Absolutely favorite shop on the planet! Best juice selection and prices. People here really do know their stuff (unlike a lot of other places that pretend to). I base my experience here to all other Vape shops, and nothing comes remotely close. As a truck driver, I get to experience many Vape shops across the country, and even some of the big ones in large cities don't have the selection Luxor does.

They are always very helpful and knowledgable. They are very patient and never pushy and very respectful. I don't ever know what I want when I go in but they always allow me to take as much time as I need and don't mind helping me find just the right flavors. They are great about pulling a bunch of different brands and know what each one is and how good it is for the price. I've never been disappointed when I got there. Best vape shop in town.

WILL NOT BUY WHEN THE NEW HIRE/OLDER WOMAN IS WORKING! Incredibly rude and impatient and I have never had that experience with the regulars who work there.
I have been going only to this place for all of my vape supplies for about 2 years. Great selection and friendly staff, apart from the new hire who I had the unfortunate experience with about 30 minutes ago. I would have walked out had I not needed juice or another store nearby was open.

The customer service is great, great deals, and the whenever is hella chill. I go pretty often to play a few rounds of pool and chill and I gotta say it's a super dope spot and they always got just the right juice to fit the mood I'm in. Give em a call, or stop by. Store is clean and staff is friendly. Upon entering I was immediately greeted. Staff was beyond helpful and offered superb customer service. Shop offers a variety of products, has a lounge, and a pool table for customer use. I definitely recommend this place for all of your vaping needs.

Loving this shop. When I went in I flat out told them I was a noob and didn't know anything. They were very helpful. Husband and I are both extremely satisfied with the setups that were recommended to us. Will definitely be buying from them in the future. Even recommended them to my brother.

I love this place. The atmosphere is comfortable. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They have the best supply of juice I have ever seen. The owner Remon is a great guy, he makes you feel like family. I am super stoked they are so close to my house.

In my opinion this is the best shop in town or at least In the top 3.
I was living in west LA and I would make the drive to Bakersfield because you cant beat the prices.
I dont know the lady's name I think she mite be the owner but shes very nice.

Just moved from Fresno and this was the first vape shop I contacted. The staff answered literally all my questions and when I went to the shop i was welcomed like I'm a constant customer which I will now be. Great selection of products but mainly love the customer service! I highly recommend going to this shop

A friend told me about this store so I figured I'd give it a shot and I loved it. The employees are all extremely helpful and friendly, it's very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere inside, and they have what seems like an endless amount of juices or whatever else you're looking for. This is my new place to go for supplies. Highly recommended.

Great place! Once you come here, you won't need and or want to go to any other vape shop. Its also a great place to just hang out and vape. Friendly staff make you feel welcome, so your second time around, you just might end up spending a couple hours and chopping it up with the employees, or if you come with friends you can shoot pool, or play xbox. The atmosphere is very much like hanging out at your buddies house. They also sell various snacks. They definitely have my loyalty.
