I just love this neurologist office. Everyone from the front desk girls, doctors and the ladies checking you out are exceptional in everything that they do. They always have great attitudes and are very helpful. The doctors are very understanding and work with you to figure out what’s going on and how to treat it best. I know everyone has bad days but here you would never know it. I been going here for years and will continue doing so. Thank you all for everything you do for us!!!

The last two visits have been excellent, we felt like the patient care was advancing towards a diagnosis and treatment plan. The P.A. was very informative and allowed time for our questions. The office staff was friendly, and very helpful. Thank you very much, as we now feel hopeful.

Everyone was extremely professional and customer service oriented. They provide next steps to follow and make it simple by providing written information. I was very satisfied with my first appointment and feel I am in good hands

Staff is very friendly. They called me back when I questioned my medications and explained them to me,what dose I'm to take and when. Very professional office. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a neurologist.

Dr. Virdi is a great doctor very professional but most importantly he showed that he cares about my health. He doesn't give up until he finds out what is causing my health issues. That means he cares about his patients. I'm happy to have Dr. Virdi in my care team. Thank you Dr. Virdi.
As for the staff they are all very kind.

Since we live in St. Thomas for several months a year we did a self guided tour with a few friends that flew down from the upper 48. We paddled the kayaks through the Mangroves up to Cas Cay, aka Happy Island. We did the hike up to the peak and our friends were amazed at the views and the colors of the mountain terrain. Also, spent some time enjoying the hermit crab population that number in the thousands, at least! It’s a great way to enjoy nature at its untouched finest.

Easy to work with and organized both online and in person. I couldn't physically make an appointment but they easily did an online FaceTime for me. So convenient. Very willing to work with patients. These days I don't find a lot of Drs who will.

My 98 yr old Mother had a stroke in December, and Dr Virdi was consulted during her hospitalization. He is a brilliant, caring and personable physician, and he ensured that mom received Acute Rehab after discharge. We were thrilled that he would manage her outpatient as a Veterans Administration Care In The Community provider! Mother is working hard every day & making great progress in her recovery. Dr Virdi is a strong advocate for his patients (and Veterans) to receive the best care and treatment for recovery.

All staff are very professional and courteous. They take the time to listen and answer any and all questions. Dr. Birdie takes the time to explain everything to you, and does not seem to be in a hurry to go onto the next patient, which is very helpful for me being a senior.

Office was very kind, friendly, professional.. Hayley is perfect up front to take care of business in an energetic, sweet. & very knowledgeable /professional way. Dr Virdi is wonderful, thorough, kind, dressed casually-professional in Levi’s which puts patients more at ease. Thank you!!

I have been seeing them for 3 years and I have nothing but good things to say. Some things take a lot of patience dealing with insurances these days but they strive to always make it as smooth as possible and fight to get the care you need. Thank you all.

I felt like the entire office staff was friendly and fun while being professional. The doctor asked questions and I felt like I was actually heard. The follow up instructions were very clear. I felt in just the first visit, the doctor did more than the 4 years with my previous provider. My care plan is clear. I just wish I didn’t have to drive an hour and a half for quality care.

Leslie Perez has been amazing with my husband's care. Taking the time to ask questions & explaining anything we may not understand. This office is always busy but, we never wait longer than should be expected to be called to the back. There has not been any long waits to see the drs. either. We are very happy with care & treatment when seen by Perez

Obviously when we require medical tests for certain things, some of us can get frightened. I certainly have been since having a stroke recently. I have to say that everyone here has been very caring and friendly and has gone out of their way to put me at ease. Dr. Virdi has made an extra effort to help me understand what is happening in my body and what I need to do. For this I'm very thankful.

Line moved quickly. Doctor is very knowledgeable. Bathroom and all areas are clean. Appointment wait time too long. Fast pace. No time to ask questions.

Best medical office I’ve ever been to in every way. Great vibe, friendly staff extremely proficient health care from doctors and nurses.

I have to say that the office staff and doctors were very helpful and nice. I was late and had to make another appointment but would of had to wait till April but they got me in the next day thank goodness . I had a nerve conducting test and did not hurt at all... Now got to wait till February to get results . That's the only down fall with Dr birdi he is so busy all the time it's hard to get appointment sometimes months .. but it is what it is . Dr birdi is excellent that's why he is so busy ...

So happy with Dr. Virdi. He takes the time to listen to you and explains things thoroughly in a way you can understand. I don't feel rushed when I'm there and feel like he takes the time to address my concerns

I was able to see the Dr fairly quickly. He listened and gave me some great direction. The office is newer, very clean and professional.

Everyone in this office is amazing! I love my PA! She takes the time to listen and comes up with a plan to help me feel better!
