Eric and Karlie have been awesome to work with. They were able to help my wife and I sell two of our properties. Their knowledge and expertise about the whole real estate process is second to none. They were able to save one of our deals because they were able to direct the buyer to a different lender that was able to close the deal. One of our properties went under contract in a day because of Karlie's staging and showing of the property. Karlie and her Husband Eric, are the Chip & Joanna Gaines of Utah. Karlie worked day and night to find us a house in this crazy market. When issues arose Karlie handle them and supported us through it all. The work Eric puts into houses is beautiful, with his knowledge in building and construction they can practically do anything and whatever it is they can’t they are able to find a way to make it happen. There really isn’t anyone better to have on your team when buying, selling, building, or redesigning than these two. Best team in the Valley!

Karlie and Eric were phenomenal. From the start they were responsive, professional, and understanding.
