A Lady at the DMV had told me about this establishment & the Great quality of Shoes & Service that they provide. I went here looking for some Comfortable tennis shoes called " Hoka" The salesman was very helpful & knowledgeable . He allowed me to try as many shoes as I wanted. When he saw I was having trouble with tying my shoes due to a recent surgical procedure & newly discovered disability, he found me some alternate shoes & options . I told him although those were nice as well. ( Wally's) a Australian shoe. I ended up purchasing the Hoka's & purchasing some no tie rubber fasteners I Absolutely LOVE my New Shoes, Best shoes I've ever purchased.

Extensive selection of shoes that look nice but are also comfortable & good for your feet. The staff is not only friendly but very knowledgeable about their merchandise. They took a lot of time showing us options and explaining them.

I have never had top A customer service (EVER) in the process of purchasing shoes. I was so overwhelmed with how satisfying each recommendation he had for my special feet. Very helpful staff. The salesman that helped me knew exactly what type of shoe would work for my feet. I am used to having to try on about 10 pairs of shoes before I find one that works. This time the first pair that was brought out was perfect so I ended up buying them. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Prices are very competitive. I checked online for comparative pricing and they were less expensive than Amazon or anyone else. Great experience!! Thank you!

I just bought my New Balance 928 Walking shoes. I have been wearing these shoes since 9/2005 when I had major back surgery. I have progressed from 926's and 927's now to the 928's. Guarantee Shoe Store was able to custom order these for me and I can't wait to see AND wear them!!! Frank was excellent and really knew his shoes so we were able to quickly order my shoes. I took pictures of one of the other excellent sales associates and I apologize for not remembering his name but he graciously allowed me to take his picture. I added 2 new pictures of the custom hand painted purses they carry which are so beautiful and unique!

I received the best customer service today from Frankie Lopez. I haven’t had that level of service in 20 years. He treated me like I was the only person in the store. Of course none of the shoes I selected were available in my size but he made sure to bring out several well thought out options for me. I left with 2 pairs of the most comfortable shoes amd couldn’t be happier. Thank you Frankie for taking such good care of me. I will be back!

I always pass this shoe center. I view different shoes inside the window. Actually shining shoes. So preferable shoes for work, lawyer, business, and judge. Large space for customers to walk looking around so easier and trying these shoes on. I feel that shoes make clients comfortable. So brilliant shoe center I ever seen as I always walk pass.
