Boot Barn

I went with a voucher my employer gave me days prior. Plenty of parking. Not too crowded inside. Was greeted at the door, very friendly staff, complimenting how adorable my 3 year old daughter is. She loved the attention. A tall guy with a black hat, didn't catch his name, escorted me to the FR clothing and made sure that was all I needed. Overall a great visit, staff super awesome and helpful.

The staff here at this location are amazing, their aren’t too many businesses like boot barn. Very reasonable and understanding group of employees..

Everyone was very helpful. And Ruthlet me now she’s a new but she went above and beyond to help me select my first pair of boots. And told me about the boot cleaning solution. And at the register I was greeted with the smile and asked, how was my day made me feel so comfortable can’t wait to come again thank you again.

My visit to Boot barn was great I went in for work boots and jeans yes I bought my wranglers long legs of course but they had such cute jeans and a great selection of tops so I bought a few extra things. I even bought a couple of the the fun baseball caps, they had many to choose from . Not to mention my new work boots I bought are amazing and comfortably i wore them over 8 hours each day this week and never had to put on my back ups lol Lets not forget the help I needed and received was great I just waited to long to write this review and I cant remember the young lady's name she was so nice and helpful, Dang it !

They actually put rain proofing stuff on the boot. I was looking around, so I didn't get the name. I love this store.

Great selection, and great work boots, but pricey. Customer service caters more to men customers, I've seen this on many occasions, I was asking about a certain boot and was just given pointed directions where it might be so I can be on my way to look for it, but as soon as my husband asked where the same boot was at, the same gal was helping him out and giving excellent customer service to him, which I'm still thankful for so I gotta give a 5 star she really went out of her way to help him out, kudos to her. I'm good if they treat my hubby right.

Maricela helped me find my clothes and there was another boy who helped me find the best comfortable boots for me.

We were there this last Saturday and received the best customer service from Sasha. Thank you so much for your time and help. Lol, we left with more than we had planned but it was worth it. Need some jewelry and perfume so, we'll see you soon.

Love all the selection of boots that they have and the customer service is great! They have also FR for oild field workers. 👍👍

Normally around Christmas time they have a huge sale. I went this year, but im not sure if i missed it or i went to early. Ill be sure to call and ask. Even though i know most of the workers will say they dont know. Anyway right now the boots are $20 off on select boots. For women they have lots of boots in sizes 7 to 8.5 any size higher or lower than that has less boots to choose from.

Staff is very helpful. This is a busy place as soon as it opens.

Last week I went in just to see what they had. Gena a employee provided me with great customer service. They have a fantastic selection on men's clothing and boots. I had to get both and will be my go to store

I came in looking for a pair of steel toed work boots. As I was looking for a pair of boots, a woman named genea (hopefully I spelled that right) approached me with a smile and attentive attitude. I gave her a list of wants and no go's, and given that list, she said she had a few boots that matched my description of the perfect boot. After trying on a few boots that were close to what I expected but weren't the perfect boot, i then explained to her what I do for a living (which i should have stated that to begin with), she then said, "Ah, I've got a boot you can't deny." Intrigued and feeling testy, I followed her to a boot that was indeed the perfect boot I was looking for. I respect geneas honesty, her strategy, friendliness, and overall gift of listening and visualizing my request while acknowledging my concerns. I have to say, any of the other employees I've had help me, were new to sales or just didn't care. Thank you Genea!

Found the boots my hubbie needs for his brothers wedding plus my blood sugar dropped while we were there and the sweetest young lady helped me out with a Gatorade and hard candy!! From her own lunch no less! Wish I had gotten her name! She had long dark hair and really pretty! Thank you so much!! That was going above and beyond excellent customer service!!
