Express Pharmacy

I switched to this pharmacy (and the one on Stockdale Hwy) after going to Rite aid for years and tired of being treated like a number’ !! This pharmacy is amazing I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the customer service that they give you! They know your name and treat you like family and go well beyond to make sure you have your medication. I wish I would have switched sooner they have the personal touch that we are all looking for . Not all are the same I would go to this one and only this one!
Believe me when I tell you to ditch the big chains like Rite aid and cvs and find a small one who knows your name and has time for you! All the staff I don’t know all their names but they are amazing Irene, Vanessa and there’s another one I adore I just can’t remember her name and the pharmacist doesn’t hide like the others he’s right there and will talk to you without acting like you’re bothering him!!!
I promise you you won’t regret going here! When all the stores in Bakersfield were out of a pain med the pharmacist went far beyond what any other has done and found the medicine we needed and is always sure our prescriptions are ready!

I also wanted to add that they NEVER deny to have your prescriptions transferred so that’s a false statement! They are always very happy to get your meds from any pharmacy so someone is just angry and making up lies…..

I love this pharmacy’ I got so sick of the chain pharmacies who treated you like a number! This staff is so kind and friendly and go out of their way to help you! They get your meds transferred, know you by name when you walk in and make sure you have your meds!
I got tired of cvs and rite aid, Walgreens and them playing God with my medicine!
I highly recommend this pharmacy the one on Stockdale especially! The one on Calloway I would avoid at all cost! The one on Stockdale is fabulous!!! Don’t wait switch where you are appreciated!!!!

I absolutely love this pharmacy!!! I been going here over 11 Years and have never had a bad experience. The customer service is superb, and they are all very nice whether you’re calling over the phone or in person. They have free next day delivery which I have used a lot and it’s very convenient. The wait time for filling prescriptions has always been super fast. They have the option to do automatic refills so you never have to miss a dose and of course this is optional but I love it and I always get a call and text when they are ready. Anything I have ever needed, this pharmacy has provided and with a smile. Thank you for always making me feel welcome and like family.

Express pharmacy on Stockdale Hwy is awesome! I've been their customer for many years and have always had a good experience. They are fast and efficient. The pharmacist is always friendly and knows me by my first name.

Absolutely love this place. The people are so welcoming and friendly unlike other places I've been,they remember my name and treat me like part of their family. They keep me updated on all medical issues going on in our community like COVID-19 or the flu and how to stay healthy. I Never half to wait on my medicine because they made sure it's in stock always when I need it. If I could give them more stars I would. If you like to be treated as family then this is the place for you! I would encourage all to come here for their pharmacy needs and enjoy a smile in return!

Stockdale express pharmacy is top quality customer service , consistently always hve ur meds ready when due.The staff treats customers like family with respect staff are friendly n they hve delivery available so simple & by far so much better than big chain pharmacies that give u the run around n never return calls express Rx is my one stop pharmacy N compounding, n can order the rxs that other pharmacies dont tke time find for ur health needs. I never had any issues or complaints thanks Pharmacist Dr,Hassan, vanessa, Luz, irene, saiya n rest staff n my #1 delivery driver they are like family after about 10 yrs being customer!!!

I’ve been with Express Pharmacy for almost 10 years. Never have a problem they can’t fix. Always on time and excellent service and staff.

I switched from CVS to Express Pharmacy on Stockdale even though I live 20 minutes from them because Express Pharmacy has great pharmacist and staff, their wait times to refill medications are little to none and if they are out of a medication they have it the next day. I’m so pleased with this pharmacy

I switched from Walgreens to xpress because they fill my prescriptions here with out me having to remind them also they deliver. The pharmacist went out of his way to drop my daughter nausea and antibiotics off to my home, when you have five kids this really can help you out thank you express pharmacy team for everything you do!!!

I have been going to Express Pharmacy on Stockdale for several years and I have struck gold. You know that pharmacies are faced with so many situations that require special expertise and knowledge. They are mandated to maintain rigorous adherence to Federal and State laws AND they also must do so as they prepare, count, inspect, and sort medications in a very unforgiving atmosphere. People seem to think that going into a dollar store where they can grab their stuff, have it put into a bag and be gone in about ten minutes.
Pharmacies must handle each prescription with care and accuracy must be a part of the product. A mistake could be very serious. Then they must put on the face of a cashier and process the sale.
So their work and what they must produce must meet federal standards or people could die or patients could be deliberately trying to deceive the technician and or even the pharmacist. These factors are all in a day's work for a pharmacy technician and I believe that EXpress Pharmacy on Stockdale offers consideration and care with each sale and they also offer compassion and PATIENCE while carrying a professional demeanor while making sure each prescription is being dispensed at the right time in the right dosage and that there are no counter indications for the medications taken as a regimen that includes OTHER medications that can interact and again-- cause harm.
The staff here is proficient, extremely fast while still maintaining accuracy, quality, and a pleasant demeanor even when patients have to be refused their medications because of medical restrictions or other factors that are not controlled by the pharmacist or the technicians that must deal with the patients.
These guys are good and Ramey has a heart of gold and has helped me many times with a bit of extra effort or sometimes a LOT of help when dealing with a doctor who is not providing refills in a timely manner OR the doctor is prescribing something that does not work and Ramy has an idea for a better medication or believes that the dosage can be adjusted up or down according to what he is haring from the patient.
Knowing your pharmacist by choosing to go to smaller store with quicker more individualized treatment, is a veru good idea compared to the huge chains that can't possibly remember your case and the things that YOU need in order to make going to the pharmacy an experience that is not stressful or frustrating at every turn.
These guys-- especiallY Ramy are the best in town. I have tried many over the years and I have stayed with this store since day one because I could easily sense the difference in the way that patients are seen here.
I thank them for giving me such good care and giving me extra time almost every time I have medications to pick up.

My new pharmacy. Very nice and friendly. Fast service. Free delivery in any rx. ANY RX!! Free!! They also have a massage chair in lobby if you want to wait you can kill time and relax.
