He took us on a wonderful and long test drive so we could experience all the things! Kept us informed (on the process & more) the entire time, and made conversation good. Buying our Navigator from Patriot Lincoln was one of the best car experiences we've had. We had to special order our SUV and their communication was phenomenal. I live in the Dallas, Texas area and recently purchased a Toyota Supra from Mike Perry and Rick at Patriot Lincoln of Davenport. Their customer service was outstanding and price was very fair. They sent me pictures and a video of the car; I felt great about purchasing this over 800 miles away! Once I arrived at the dealer to pick up the car, it was an extremely fast and smooth process. Had the front-end of my 1996 Cutlass Ciera fixed at their body shop. Excellent work, dedicated crew! Only thing they forgot was to align my headlights. No biggie. 5 stars hands down!
