A sheer nightmare The management is a bunch of crooks!!!when COVID came out my restaurant closed
Could not afford to keep my things in storage. I was ok with the storage place auctioning my things. I had no way to pay it because our business shutdown
They sold my things but the storage still came after me to pay back rent- I told them I had no money so they reported me to HP Sears and reported a different story said I owed them but failed to tell them they auctioned my stuff. Just wanted everyone to beware of these people!!

Woman who runs the front desk is extremely unreasonable! My sons have storage units there. Unfortunately, they live out of town because they are doing military training. When I've tried to pay on the accounts she won't let me. So, my sons added me to their accounts, when I ask for the gate sequence, she won't give it to me. Her husband is always helpful, but she is just ridiculous! I've had to go down to the corporate office to get help. Can't wait till our last unit is closed. I would never use this storage facility again!
