Honestly ill give it 0 stars ..this realty management company needs to be shut down . They are completely unprofessional and have no care for the people living in their homes. If you see any homes being rented by them , I highly suggest to find something better . It's not worth the stress and the money. They themselves will do nothing to upkeep their homes but are quick to send you to court for a 2 day late pay on rent . An example it took them 3 mths to do anything about the black mold growing in our kitchen ...after they said it would be taken care of before we moved in, a broken window , a door hanging off its hedge.. . There was so much they didn't fix nor did they care to . All they care for is rent . Find a better home with a better company. And yes i had pictures to prove all this, and they still manage to find reasons to keep their deposit after they themselves didnt follow through with their own contract.

If I could give it ZERO starts I would !!! This is the WORST Reality ever ! Save yourself from coming here . Me and my wife recently rented from Kab. We’ve had so many issues with the house as soon as we moved in . We had to continue to push the issue with it getting fixed . My wife would constantly call over and over just for Kab to act so rude and tell her to not be calling him to text him and he’ll get to it when he can !! Not to mention all the black mold that was PAINTED over instead of fixed ! Please save yourself and don’t rent from this reality !
