Friendly and attentive. Short wait as usual.

The shelves for over the counter meds in the isles are becoming bare and maybe due to imported items not making it inland from our ports.

Great service but the hours need to change. Closing at 6pm is way to early. The stockdale Pharmacy (open till 10pm) gets crowded and wait times get longer when you redirect all traffic to this location after 6pm. Please fix this for convenience at least till 7pm?

The worse pharmacy ever! And I only needed one medication. It took them one week and at least 5 phone calls from me and my doctor to fill one prescription and I ended up paying 6 X the price. They are so incompetent. They couldn’t figure out my insurance. Guess what? I have Kaiser insurance and I pay over $400 per month for this useless insurance. The people working there are very Poorly trained. If you can avoid do it. Do it!

I am busy so I ended up just paying the full price for my medication, at the end when she finally figured out that they had made a mistake, she still charged me the full amount saying I would have to wait or come back while she figures it out. For sure we will not re-enroll at Kaiser Worse costumer service ever. Garbage is the best way to describe this place.
