Pioneer True Value

Good local TrueValue store. Great selection of fasteners (don't waste your time on fastener hardware at the local big box) they also have better selection on rock and concrete blocks. I usually go here first for most things--the time saved is well worth the couple cents saved at the big box.

Great prices and they have everything! I had my knives sharpend there and they are super sharp and held a good edge. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

Hometown hardware store on South Street in Old Town. Lumber, gardening goods, plumbing, tools, fasteners, paint, cleaning solutions and powders, snacks, knives, recreation equipment. Pest control products. Garden tools. Auto accessories, cleaners, and polishes. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Don, Sheila, Roxanne, Jeff and the gang work hard to be helpful, and it is appreciated. "If we don't have it today, it'll be in on Tuesday" is the universal philosophy at the Pioneer TrueValue Hardware emporium on South Street. Great sales are usually underway. If a bag of ready-mix concrete is needed, Jeff will RUN across the street to the warehouse and get it for you. Life here on the west side would be difficult were it not for this store.

Friendly family owned hardware store. Surprisingly large selection of supplies. My first stop before going to the big orange hardware box store.

Customer service was on point! The staff here were able to help me find what I was looking for almost immediately after walking in! Two thumbs up!

Pioneer True Value is always where we go for friendly and helpful service. Note that they are open in the summer until 5:30 pm and 5:00 pm in the winter.

Easy to get what you need without having to hunt all over in a big warehouse and they know where everything is in the store.

Great place to look for Hart's hardware parts and the customer service is outstanding far better than any other place in Tehachapi
