I had BSW redo our roof and A/C about 5 years ago and everything went very smoothly. Francisco was great to work with and very responsive to questions and phone calls. Our electric bill came way down and we’ve had lots of compliments from neighbors. Recently a palm tree fell and did damage. The insurance adjuster came out and could not stop talking about the quality and workmanship. So of course we had BSW do the repairs. Totally satisfied.

I have worked with Luis from BSW to repair and/or replace three different sections of my roof now as issues arose. He is easy to work with and sends detailed plans of the repair jobs that are to take place. If there is an issue, he is quick to respond and assist. My parents worked with BSW over 30 years ago on their home and now I choose to work with them on my home. I appreciate that they are local and quick to answer a phone call.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME calling other roofing companies for estimates. I accompanied a friend who was meeting with Francisco to get an estimate to replace her roof. Since I needed a new roof, I also had him look at mine. I have another friend who had recently used BSW to do his roof and solar. I also watched the BSW Story, where BSW has been voted Best of the Best each year since 2014. So for me, getting other estmates would have been a waste of my time. Now, my friend, on the other hand, ended up getting at least six estimates and she said BSW had the best price. When she asked me if I was getting any more estimates, I said, "No, everyone else has done all of the work for me."
So, I would agree with all of these 5 star reviews. It was a pleasure working with Francisco. He was available whenever I had any questions or concerns. He is an asset to the company. BSW has a great staff that really works as a team. They go above and beyond to provide outstanding service. They did an amazing job on my roof. I would highly recommend them.

I had BSW come in to check our roof. Vito was very quick to respond, friendly, and professional. He fixed some minor weather damage on our roof and was kind enough to do it free of charge. Highly recommend, thank you so much the excellent service!

We just used BSW Roofing and Solar to repair a solar and roofing issue caused three years ago by our original solar installer. There were several months of communication with the team at BSW prior to the work beginning, and they just finished the job. I can’t say enough about how great BSW handled this somewhat complicated situation.They were extremely professional and great at communicating with us throughout the process. Edgar, Curtis, Ron, and Francisco were all so helpful! We are also neighbors with a major homebuilder in town, who says , “They are the best.“ We are so glad to have worked with them. From the first phone call to request an estimate on reroofing our church. The Ladies in the office were very helpful. Veto was very thorough and gave me the 3 - 6 different estimates/ options that I needed to take to the board that worked within our budget and made their decision so much easier. Once the decision was made we were able to schedule them to start really quickly.
David and his crew were excellent, cleaning up at the end of the day you could not tell they were in the middle of deconstructing the old roof or I. The middle of reroof. David was always available to answer any questions or concerns. If you need a new roof I highly recommend calling Vito and David . 5 stars guys

I contacted BSW because I had a redwood tree blow down and hit my roof. I had several damaged tiles and was concerned about the rain. I contacted them on a Thursday and by Friday the damage was taken care of at a very reasonable cost. They treated me like family. What a great experience.

BSW replaced our roof and installed a new solar system. From beginning to end, the staff, led by Francisco Herrera, was professional and gave a quality performance. Communication was open and regular. We were kept abreast of each day's progress and any unforeseen repairs that had to be made. The roof is beautiful. The crew cleaned up after themselves every day and all the debris from the job was removed. They took extra care around the yard to protect our landscaping from any damage. We had a lot of questions about the solar once it got activated. Francisco has done an excellent job of helping us understand.

BSW Vito Giuntoli came to my house to look at a possible leak on my roof. Vito showed up on time and I explained the issue to him. Vito then went up on the roof and took pics and said it was most likely a build up of leaves and a moved tile. Vito bushed the leaves away and straightened the tile. So very thank for honest people. When I need a roofing company I will be calling BSW

With my two page questionnaire in hand, I met with four roofing companies and four solar companies before choosing BSW. It was one of the best home improvement decisions and experiences I've ever had. BSW was the only quote utilizing top rated solar panels. When I asked Francisco if the project could be contingent on PG&E approval for NEM 2, he said of course. When I asked if they could put the conduit for the solar under the tile roof, he confirmed with the roofers that they could. When I asked if they could use a new underlay for the roof, after confirming with his supplier that it was a good product, he said they would use it. When I asked that the panels not be on the front of the house, they said sure. When I asked Ron to hold off tiling on a rainy day, he called of tiling that day (although I have no building experience, I'm just a concerned homeowner). Whatever I asked, they did. And when I didn't ask, they had great suggestions. Jose saw that my old skylight had caulking around it and asked if I wanted a new skylight. I agreed that would be a good idea. Jose found a new high-end glass one in their yard and installed it at no extra cost to me. Steve noticed some of the second-floor fascia and planter platforms were rotting and asked if I wanted them replaced while they prepped the new roof. They replaced all the rotten boards, and painted them too! These guys are amazing. They are so professional and conscientious and care about not only doing a great job, but making their customer happy--not something you come across much anymore. And not just the supervisors, the tilers were all nice and very respectful. Anthony their electrician explained everything electrical and got me set up with the Enphase App so I could monitor the system's performance. What a great experience this was. I wholeheartedly recommend BSW for roofing and solar (and anything else they decide to do). And the cherry on top for me is being able to set my thermostat at a comfortable level and finally sleep through summer nights. Trust me, if you choose BSW you'll have no regrets and lose no sleep over your decision. These guys really are the best.

Shoddy installation of solar panels by another contractor resulted in a leaky roof on our home. We were able to get BSW authorized to make the repairs. They did an excellent and thorough job, making all the necessary repairs and adjustments to the original work in order to stop the leaks. Edgar Benitez and his crew were knowledgeable and professional. We were very pleased that they handled all the coordination that was required with the original installers. BSW is top notch, and we highly recommend them for any solar and roofing needs. They will be our first and only call for any further issues we may encounter.

We researched Solar for months. First quote was from BSW. Francisco knows his stuff. Gave great perspective and advice. We had multiple quotes, not only were they the most reasonably priced with the best quality panels and customer service, they had them all in stock and could get it done the fastest.

The reason we first called BSW was because they were originally a roofing company and we felt that was the best way to ensure the installation was done correctly.

Anthony was our electrician and did an amazing install with the monitoring panel in the garage as well.

Our home was in need of a new roof. One of our pastors said that they had used BSW and loved them. So I called and started the process. The staff right out of the gate were polite and helpful. I soon met Vito and found him to be the same. Our home was in need of much work, so while the roof was to be done the stucco needed work. I say this because we have a two story house. The stucco crews needed to do the work as soon as the old roof was torn off and before the new was put on. I shared my concerns for this to Veto , and he helped make that hapoen. Our roof came out beautifully and I really have nothing but praise for BSW Roofing. Thank you again Ron, Veto and David for making this process so easy and for accommodating our needs for the stucco crew. Job well done and if we ever need roofing work done again, we are calling you!

BSW just finished replacing our roof with GAF High Definition Reflector Series Shingles. They did an excellent job, were very efficient, and financially competitive. Luis provided the most detailed estimate and sketch of the proposed job. He was very responsive in answering all of my series of questions. They have a very organized system with specific crews for each aspect of the job. The crews were on time daily, worked hard and always did a very good job of cleaning up before they left. There was no wasted time in the process. This is a very professional company that I would highly recommend.
