I started the reprocess in June of 2022 according to my emails . I had Monita take care of it but wouldn’t get any updates as to what is being done and sometimes she wouldn’t be in the office . I was close to canceling the credit repair with them after 6months but decided to ask for someone else in the office to look into the case and I’m glad I did because now the credit is all cleared out after another 6 months ! Thanks to Carolina Guzman and for having patience with all my questions lol. I will definitely recommend her to anyone . 🤩

After spending all of 2022 trying to get mine and my daughter's dual citizenship via the mex consulate here in California I was rejected twice since my CA birth certificate had a middle name that didn't match my dads mexican birth certificate since they don't have middle names on them. My friend referred Alliance to me so i figured why not? It took Marcie 1 month from the time I got her our paperwork to get my paper squared away in Mexico and we now both have our actas de nacimento which we were then able to go to the consulate here in CA and get our mexican passport. We are now dual citizens. It was well worth the fee they charged . You can drive to Bakersfield or do what I did and mail them your info needed. Payment was done with her staff over the phone but you could also go in person to Bakersfield. I have since referred several family members and friends to have Marcie assist them.
