Rented with Stan Brewer from 2020 to 2021. We had a simple move in process and received all but $75 back from our deposit. $75 was withheld for carpet cleaning and was a fair rate for the time.

Coming across this Realty was a real blessing from God 🙏 after months of searching I was blessed with a cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath . They took the time to call my references and not judge me for my bad credit Lydia and the other receptionist are very sweet and professional so thank you stan brewer my girls are so excited for their new house 🏘

Had a great experience. Helped me rent my first place, it was easy and pain free. no issues to date. cheap and effective, what more could you ask for? Have met the owners several time and they seem like nice people, always treated me fairly

Gained my rental history with them. Been with them for 3 years and honestly I have nothing bad to say. Super nice and understanding people, Lydia espicially (love her). We are only moving because we needed to downgrade.

All the maintence was done in a reasonable amount of time. Any issues you can be sure with Lydia as your mngt person that your needs would be met.

This building used to house the School Teachers Assoc. also it was a voting site for this neighborhood! During the 2018 elections there were 3 precincts assembled here! The office itself is beautiful w/large conference room in back! It is rumoured now that the voting site will be at St. Francis Church!
