I can't tell a lie but I can tell a story. I have the best experience here as an LVN student. As 2nd year college dropout from a country is very competitive and who is trying to find meaning in this country, they provided me with a pathway, another route to becoming a nurse. The teaching staff somehow taught me more and guided me better than a university professor. I recommend it to anyone who wants to be a LVN or even more. I would like to thank Mr roy and the teaching staff for presenting me this opportunity with their knowledge ,wisdom , stories and guidance throughout my term 1. I hope to learn more in future terms.

I just visited the school to learn more about the upcoming LVN program later this month, and I have to say I am very happy with my experience overall. I had seen an ad on Facebook about the next start date, so I made an appointment with an advisor to get more information and they reached out to me very quickly. From the moment my mom and I walked in, we were greeted and felt very welcomed. The admissions advisor that I met with was extremely nice and actually took the time to get to know me on a personal level, which is something that I appreciated because nowadays it seems like schools just want to get your money and don’t really care about you. I had previously visited a couple other schools before this one to weigh out my options and after meeting with the advisor, I knew this was a good fit for me. It was a pretty easy process which I liked and I’m very excited to start my program here.

The school was amazing we did have somebumpssnd hiccups during my class. It's an amazing school overall the teacher and administrator are truly great and they care so much. If you ever get a chance to go here you won't regret it

Classes and clinicals were very helpful to prepare me for my new journey on the healthcare industry. The transition to my new job as a CNA has been a smooth experience.

I graduated from this college in 2022 with my DMS certification it took me about 2 years to finish. The school was very understanding about my situation, admissions and financial aid was easy they helped guide me through all the steps of filling for fafsa, and picking a course that was going to be in my best interest.
To be quite honest I did go through a few different instructors during the time I was here. Mrs Pam was my favorite. She taught the class throughly and was very hands on whenever we had questions.
HCC is not the typical campus in terms of locations but you get what you pay for this is one of the cheeper schools in LA and it teaches you on the most up to date certifications. Yes, from other reviews the equipment is dated however they teach you exactly what you need to know in order to get into the field.
During this program I met a few great classmates all with similar interests as me. Im really happy with my decision to come to this school. Prior I was doing nothing but working for a family company that had no growth opportunity. I knew I needed to do something different with my life and this school is what helped push me to the next chapter in my life. I now work for a private imaging center and Im working on starting my own mobile business. I genuinely believe that what I learned at HCC helped me succeed thus far. I am grateful for the opportunities I gained. Thank you to the staff at HCC for helping me create a career and a better future for myself.

As I returned to school to better my education my experience with healthcare career college was an awesome time in my life it allowed me to work full time and attend school at the same time and I also gave birth to not one but 2 babies and was successful in graduating it’s a family here and they support you in your journey they want to see you make it in life

I started the diagnostic sonography program here at healthcare career college and after completing the course I would say that it does and will help you throughly prepare and learn everything you are going to need to be able to preform your duties as a sonography properly and accurately

My name is Ariana, currently enrolled for two months now. In the dental assistant program and so far liking the topic. A close friend of mines recommended me this school. So far I’ve been enjoying learning about the different instruments used for the different procedures. Ms. E and ms. Pham make the topic and chapters easier to understand. In detail. Class is a small size which isn’t a problem more one on one lectures. Looking forward to keep learning and continue the 7 months I have left! Hcc was the best option for me, due to my schedule and etc. I am a mother and was nervous about how my schedule would be like having a two year old, but hcc was really flexible with my schedule. Def recommend HCC to my friends And family!

I absolutely love healthcare career college! Ever since I started coming to the school I slowly seen my life shift for the better not just me but my family as well. The tools that the school is preparing me for is rewarding. Healthcare Career College was such a great experience. I had the pleasure of being in Mrs. Castro Associate Healthcare Management class and when I tell you that she is the greatest instructor I ever had in my life. Not only was she a great mentor but she also cared so much about her students well being. I graduate back in August of this year and I start my new job as administrator at an ultrasound clinic. When I tell you that if you believe in yourself and your skills you can make it happen. Thank you for HCC for giving me the tools to succeed 🙏

Hey my names TaNeeshah McCann, I wanted to give a review on Healthcare Career College it was a good experience for me a game changer I went for CNA and I passed and got my certification and license. I also went back again for Phelbotomy Technician which was also a great experience for me as well I loved going to school didn’t think I ever would but I did that. if I could go to college again at healthcare career college in the future I would do LVN and then maybe later work my way up to RN. professor Roy is a great instructor he does CNA and LVN , so was Christina when she did work at the college as a Phelbotomy Technician instructor but she is no longer there anymore she was a great instructor the director is awesome very understanding as well as the counselors going to college for me was a opportunity to change my life and aims towards a better career and if I can do it anyone can. Healthcare Career College can change you, and you can change the world I advise people to go to college education is very important.

I am very happy so far with the experience in this school. It's been 20 years since I've last attended college and Mr. Roy my first teacher has made it not so difficult to understand the lectures and refresh my knowledge 😀 thank Mr.Roy . Looking forward to my next term

Healthcare career college helped me so much find what I really wanted for my future and I learned so much especially with my teacher. A young me would never have thought that I would be a dental assistant and hoping in the future to become a hygienist. I appreciate the school and my teacher for both helping me out to pursue my dental assistant career and helping me figure out all the financial stuff of college.

From my point of view the school is great! Have not had any bad experience everyone is great, School is great and so are the employees and Teacher's. Mr Arviso is hands on one of the best Teacher's for Medical Assistant I'm almost done with my course and really thinking of now taking Healthcare Management.

I Just recently graduated from here at first I was kinda worried because of all the negative comments I had seen about the school. But everything for me turned out to be wonderful experience for me, starting off with my professor Mr, Arviso. He has always been so professional in the way he teaches class was always engaging. Lectures were never boring he would always have examples and would encourage us to give our best. Also when it came to lab he was always so professional teaching us EkG's, he would always advise us to do everything as if we were actually working on patients. He really knows how to prepare students and he has a great passion for what he teaches. He prepared me very well that when I went to externship I had no problem assisting the doctor and doing all my back office work. He is the reason why I give this school a 5 star rating! On the other hand the school itself has to improve in the way they organize things such as events like I never got my certificate for my community service hours. When ever I had a question some of the staff members weren't knowledgeable in regards to specific questions ( Amitta ) she is the daughter of the founder of the school. Anytime we would go out to do community service and asked her questions she wouldn't really know much. Would say I'll get back to you on that and never got back to me. The school itself just needs to be more aware of who they hire and if these people are knowledgeable of what's going on. But everyone else was great in getting my paper work done for externship and graduation. I will be going back to further my education, because I can't wait to have Mr, Arviso as my phlebotomy instructor. I'm really excited to take his class because he is the best!!!!

I’m physical therapist aide student and I have learned a lot in only 3 months. Ms. Castro is very patient and is always available to help you, and she knows what each student needs and work with us to overcome any doubts we can have. I feel very inspired to continue my education.
