The current manager Delia is the worst. She spends her time feeding stray cat, and chain smoking on the apartment's tables. She never addresses problems, and you have to let her know at least 4 times before she actually has maintenance fix a problem in your unit. Then she gets angry at you, and sends you rude disrespectful messages through text message. As far as her hygiene she stinks literally. I stand at least a foot away from her when am speaking to her. The owners have a history of hiring poor management.
