i love this seven oaks facility, it’s always clean, i love being able to walk in the door, check in at the counter then go get lost in my workouts. the amenities are on point. paying a $100/mo seems a lot but if you use the gym & take advantage of the amenities you’ll easily get your money’s worth.

I love the overall gym design. I enjoy all the classes and I like that you offer towels and other items including coffee. The environment of the gym including the outdoor pool area are very welcoming.

In Shapes Platinum gym at Ming and Buena Vista is unparalleled. The facility is bright, spacious and beautifully maintained. The studio classes are a primary draw for me, particularly Les Mills Body Pump and Pilates. In addition to a huge free weight section the gym offers a conditioning center equipped like a PT office. There are so many cycles, climbers and weight machines no one waits for what they need. After a workout I enjoy the sauna, which is near the steam room, jacuzzi and Olympic sized outdoor pool. When time permits I grab a coffee and relax by the pool on a chaise lounge under a cabana. I’ve never scheduled a massage but that’s on my list.

Excellent customer service. Very clean. Awesome amenities. Definitely the best gym in town.

Beautiful gym with amazing staff and instructors. Really enjoy this location, even at busy hours there is plenty of equipment to use. The pool has cabanas! And there is also a steam and sauna, very nice amenities.

I love the experience! Everything is clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. Love all the classes available, the massage chairs and the steam room. Overall it is the best gym I've joined. I give it a 10 out of 10.

Friendly staff; clean facility; everyone is good about cleaning the machines after use; great equipment and great variety of equipment. I have not had a chance to join any of the classes yet but I have heard nothing but positive comments about all classes. Looking forward to getting back "In Shape" at In-Shape!!

Great place to do a workout. Most people will get off the machine between sets and allow others to share. You can always come back, it's not difficult to re-set the weight. Thanks for sharing! Good coffee too, at least until 11:00 AM.

Nice outdoor pool. Gym is always clean. Nice variety of equipment. Hours of operation are very accommodating. They open at 4am. Never seems overly crowded. Good mix of people of all ages and fitness levels/goals.

I love Seven Oaks InShape. It's easy to spend hours there. I am there for the pool 98% of the time. I can ask the helpful staff about anything. I'm very novice about weights and machines, but Im never feel put down.
But the gym is super clean and very well equipped, inside and out.

In-Shape Seven Oaks is very well maintained with a clean facility and timely repairs to any improperly functioning equipment. The staff is very friendly, and helpful if you have questions or need some advice. There is a good free weights section and a bunch of different exercise machines. There are tons of good classes to try - especially the stationary bike classes and the new VTL classes. There are also some very nice amenities like the sauna, massage chairs, and body composition scanner. I’ve been going to In-Shape Seven Oaks for years and it is excellent.

Clean club, plenty of amenities, friendly staff, and plenty of equipment/machines to help you train the exact muscle(s) you're focusing on. The free weight area could stand to be bigger, and we could use a few more squat racks, but otherwise the club is fantastic.

Very Clean on the whole gym maintenance, have towel service, big gym with a variety of things to work out with & up to date with there machine, massage bed/chair. I swim and use the jacuzzi every time Am there and is clean. The women locker room is clean with shower & restrooms. You all stock up on what is needed. The steam & sauna is well maintain and love it when Am there. I love the different workout classes. I love how the gym motivate us by attending and earning a prize after so many visits, it truly does help.

Stretch, Lift, Hydrate, Repeat! The name, InShape says it all, no doubt the best gym that I ever been to, but too bad for me, I can't afford it, any more. But the best two months of my life, meeting great people, and enjoying exercising. Keep your body in motion, it'll stay in motion...

The instructors and staff are all very friendly and helpful. Along with my own experience, I have been present for interactions with others that are new to classes and the instructors all take the time to talk to new students/members. The front desk staff has always been happy and helpful, which makes going to the gym easier for the first time (and every day afterwards) with no judgement and friendly smiles.

I love my gym. Always find it clean. Love that staff take the time to rack weights and equipment. You'll hardly find staff just sitting down like other gyms. Staff are always doing the most to keep gym looking nice. Only thing I wish was that it was a tad bit bigger. Days where its packed you'll have to find other workouts to do while you wait.

i took a group fitness class and it was awesome! the instructors at all the in-shapes are always so motivating and the one at seven oaks lived up to the expectations i had. everyone cleaned all of their equipment after the class, so i feel safe knowing that people are taking the necessary precautions and being clean. i enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back there.

I find it ridiculous we pay all this money and the steam room never works ! I’d like to change my review and say this is a good gym I was mad that the steam rooms weren’t working I do pay $110 a month to go here and I enjoy the sauna and the jacuzzi. I do wish they brought back the cold towels they use to have in a refrigerator other than the steam room working I enjoy coming here .
