The Ice Cream Factory

This is hands down the best ice cream I've ever indulged in. First off, it didn't put a hole in my wallet, which is pretty important for me considering I'm not the wealthiest man around that's for sure. Me and my wife walked in and we were instantly greeted with an amazing attitude by the employee working. We proceeded to look at the different flavors they had to offer, and there was a great variety. Me and my wife proceeded to try samples and upon the first taste I was in awe. After trying a few more flavors and getting a scoop or two to eat dining in, I I told my wife she couldn't let me stay any longer. I would have walked out of there about 20 lb heavier! Last but not least well we were leaving I noticed signs on the windows that read: "If you want healthy, eat carrots" or something along the lines of that. It was hilarious. All around, the experience here would get a 10 star review if I could rate it such. Definitely recommend.

Definitely some of the best ice cream in town.

My husband just went in to get us milkshakes. They were so runny and tasted like milk. I ordered a black walnut shake and tasted no black walnut ice cream. So disappointing. They need to put Baskin Robin's back.

Doesn't close at 10: 00 pm, because it's 9: 00 pm and it's closed already. New management, please update your hours to the correct open and close times.

Lady at the counter was extremely rude my son would ask a question and with attitude answer back never again oh and vending machine are rigged

Out of order bathroom for MONTHS now. What good is coming in, enjoying ice cream, and can't even have your kids wash their hands ? Service is mediocre.
