From the 1st moment I reached out to Liberty College, Ann was ready and willing to help in any way that she can. And she did just that I am a Medical Assistant and was looking to obtain my Phlebotomy License, Ann instructed me with great information and on how I didn’t have to take the full course. Which saved me lots of money I was blessed to have Ann assist me and with Carlos as our instructor he is the best he put the high-tech words into language that people without Medical field experience understood. I was blown away as he is a great instructor, I received my certificate in a very short period of time. Thanks, Ann and Carlos, for your amazing dedication and work you provide to us. Keep up the good work, you both are AWESOME!

Best decision I've made was coming to Liberty Career College! Speaking from my own experience, Carlos and Ann are genuine people and are there to help you succeed whether it's in the MA program or Phlebotomy program. I am in the phlebotomy program, and I don't regret coming to their school! Affordable, fast, and efficient. Carlos is a great instructor and very knowledgeable in what he is teaching. If you are hesitant to come due to the bad reviews, I would say, see for yourself because the bad reviews in my opinion were not accurate as to how I have been treated in class. Take good notes, be attentive, ask questions, and enjoy your time in class! Carlos and Ann have shown me that they want you to be successful no matter what and I highly recommend coming to Liberty!

I absolutely enjoyed the phlebotomy class! Carlos teaches in a manner that is digestible and fun. Carlos and Ann go above and beyond to help with anything you need. Both of them are amazing individuals who are sending quality healthcare workers into the field. I finished the program feeling confident to work as a phlebotomist. I have been recommending this program to everyone!

I had a great experience from the beginning to end. Carlos is wonderful a professional instructor who teaches the hands-on and course straight forward on point either you pass or fail depending on the effort and dedication you put into the course. You have to earn it, it will not be handed to you like a paper. Ann is amazing string pulling boss who helped me all the way! I would have not succeeded if it weren't for Ann who makes sure you get all your paperwork in from the 1st day of the application to the last day of receiving your License/Certification.
If I had to redo the course I would and I would definitely recommend Liberty Career College to all my family friends and people who are deciding to sign-up. Go for it, put in the time and effort and you will succeed!

Crying as I write this because this school honestly helped me truly understand that I can do anything I put my mind to. So I've been reluctant about going back to school. I've been through so many trials and tribulations that I didn't think it was possible to go on and go back to school. Ann thank you so much for all of you guidance and encouragement that you gave to me. I appreciate that so much you answered all of my questions and trust me I would write this woman essays in an email of just questions and she was able to answer every single one of them. Once again thank you so much for everything you did for me. Now Carlos you are an amazing teacher. Everyone has a gift and I hope that you know that yours is amazing. The way you teach is very straight forward and easy to navigate. Everything you taught was needed information to help me become a certified phlebotomy technician. I can say that because I am one now I owe that to you. But most importantly you taught us that after class its up to us. I found a confidence within myself that I always wanted but never knew I could achieve it. Bottom line this school really helped me I loved going here and I loved my class. I wish everyone great success in anything that they want to do. If you are searching for school let this be a choice yes you have to put the work in yes you have to study hard, but you will not be in debt. After and you will have received a good formal training to get you where you want to be in the future. Thank you again I can't say that enough.

Just completed their Hybrid Medical Assistant Program and it was definitely worth it. I was hesitant to apply at first, but I eventually applied and it was the best decision! Ann and Carlos were both very nice and helpful. Carlos is a great instructor and I learned a lot from him. I liked how he would point things out if you're doing something wrong and makes sure you are performing them correctly. Ann replies to emails every quickly and stays on top of all the background work. The class was fun and I enjoyed every bit of it. I was able to start my externship early while still taking their classes. Ann and Carlos let us complete homeworks that were passed due, especially since they know that we also have other things going on with our lives. I would recommend anyone to do their Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy program. If you are planning to do their program, you won't regret it! Thank you Ann and Carlos for everything!

I received a thorough education from Liberty Career College. I am so grateful to finally have the opportunity to work in healthcare.
The fact that Liberty is a family run local college adds value that I don't think I could find from a bigger college.
Ann runs the college efficiently and has made sure that I was supported throughout the entire process. Her communication is thorough throughout the process and I clearly understood the expectations and requirements.

As a student at Liberty my experience there was amazing Ann was very helpful with every question I had, and Carlos was the best at explaining everything and making sure he didn’t move on until we all were on the same level and knew what he was explaining. Which made everything fun and easy love and enjoyed taking phlebotomy and would recommend it for anyone who is looking into taking a phlebotomy class.

Just finished the Phlebotomy program. Such a great program. Carlos is such an amazing instructor. He taught me so much in such a short time. Ann is a sweetheart. I love them both so much! I hope in the near future I can take the MA course they offer! Liberty Career College is also so affordable and worth it! I am so glad I picked this college.

I just completed the phlebotomy class and was very pleased with my whole experience. I have being going to school for years, I have a AS degree, EMT certified and this class was one of my favorites! The class was fun and made it easy to go to every day. I learned new things over subjects I have already taken and actually understand them better. Carlos was a great instructor and mentor for the proper training. Ann is on top of all the paperwork and background things that are needed to be successful. If I had the money I would take their medical assisting class next! Thank you Carol and Ann for all your efforts to make us successful.

***Before I get started, I just want to say don’t base your opinion off of others bad experience. Go there and make your own judgement! That’s exactly what I did and I absolutely loved it here.

Ann and Carlos are amazing! They really do care for their students and want everyone to pass. They tell you from day 1 what they expect of their students and you either listen and you pass, or you don’t listen and fail. I took their phlebotomy class and Carlos is a great teacher and is always using his experiences to help give us a better understanding of the material. If I can give any advice to future students, it would be to take good notes, pay attention, ask questions, stay on top of everything (including the externship requirements…. seriously, you will get done sooner!!!) and just enjoy the class. Thank you Liberty Career College for helping me start my career :)

10/10 recommend this school! I completed the MA program as a full time employee and as their student! Carlos and Ann are wonderful. Carlos is great at teaching and is very patient with his students. Ann helped me every step of the way with my externship and more! With the success of their program I successfully passed my National exam! They are affordable and i loved that I was able to work full time and attend class on the Sunday's that they offered. They have a special school for sure! And I am happily working as a CCMA. Becoming a phlebotomist was one of my goals, a dream come true. With the help of Carlos and my dedication, I made it happen. I loved my small class. Carlos is a funny , yet professional instructor. Ann was there every step of the way. Always there to answer our questions. They take pride in what they do. I will deff be recommending this school.

I am so glad I chose Liberty Career College to take their Phlebotomy program. The instructor, Carlos was always willing to help, taught the materials well and is very knowledgeable. Ann was always very helpful as well and got all paperwork done quickly. They make a great team. Ann will work hard to get you out on externship with a schedule that fits your needs and work/school schedule. They also have so many connections with medical facilities. If you’re looking for a great affordable school, Liberty is the place to go.

The professionalism and personable experience I had with Ann and Carlos is unmatched.

Carlos was always willing to go the extra mile for us to fully comprehend what we learned and he never left us guessing what we would need to be prepared for in class, or for upcoming tests/extern/NHA exam/etc. I felt fully prepared every step of the way and well equipped to be successful out in the field.

Ann could not have made it any easier for us. She is beyond organized and detailed in the very best of ways! She was always thinking ahead for the easiest experience possible and so easily reached when I needed her!!

I don’t think I could have had such a personable and professional experience at any other school here in Bakersfield. The phlebotomy course was affordable and easily explained every step of the way.

I'm sadden to see the previous reviews about LCC. I am currently enrolled the Phlebotomy Program (I' take my final in 2days) and have not had any problems. My instructor Megan is awesome. I enjoyed being in class and lab. I received friendly/professional email and in class reminders of upcoming payment due dates. Prior to enrolling you are provided with dates when all payments are due as well. They have always been friendly. I would recommend Liberty College. I would also recommend just stopping by and meeting them in person, Ann was very helpful both times I had inquired about the program.

Great school they teach everything the way it’s supposed to be. Better than other private schools.Ann and Carlos are great people they take their jobs serious as they should if they are sending students into medical offices and hospitals. I almost done with the program and would recommend anyone to come here to get get certified as a MA.

I can not express enough gratitude for Ann and Carlos at Liberty Career college! My experience there was so amazing. I had looked into other schools for the phlebotomy program and I can tell you LCC is the way to go. The affordability of this school can not be matched! Ann went above and beyond to accommodate us through this pandemic. Carlos was very detected to insuring that while we were learning online to not be afraid to ask to go over something we might not have understood again. He understood that we were all trying to navigate this new way of distant learning together. We were able to do the class portion online and get into labs as soon as it was safe to do so. Ann was also quick to work hard and find available extern sites so we could complete our course and get licensed. I am happy to say just 3 weeks out of school and I already have a job. If you're looking into schools right now, I highly encourage you to consider Liberty Career College!

Great program with instructors who really prepare you for the job. I attended the hybrid MA course and through my training and externship, I was able to get the job I needed to gain hours for graduate schools. I appreciated the accelerated coursework so I could begin my career path as quickly as possible.
