The ladies who run it know their stuff. They helped me choose a fantastic new bike, and I couldn't be happier with the purchase.

But what truly impressed me was their repair service. I had a issue with my gears, and they fixed it quickly, making sure I was back on the road in no time.

They are hardworking people who treat you like family, the kind of business that's a rare find these days.

Excellent friendly great welcoming customer service. Surprisingly two wonderful considerate women helped us fine-tune our bikes. Yolanda and Xochitl gave outstanding professional customer service. It's kind of got a Sanford and Son feel. Like a bodega bike shop. Small new selection, huge used selection. The great thing is that it's a family business. If you broke a part on your bike then they can patch you up and get you back on the road. It kind of feels like a hybrid bike / pawn shop. It was perfect for what it was.

Best wheel truing service in the area. Im a road cyclist and go to those fancy bike shops from time to time but keep going back here to get my wheels trued. No drama, no bs, even if the rim is a little off theyll tell you and have a go at it and most of the time they can straighten it out or make it rideable. Ive paid triple for wheel truing services that take longer, give you the run around and at the end of the day dont true the wheels any better than this place. Hidden gem of a place for road cyclist or any cyclist who needs wheel trueing.

I can get all my custom work there, and they are happy to help. Hard working and friendly. Best kept secret in Paramount!
