Redondo Beach Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

I was hesitant to book the hotel because I saw many bad reviews and up until the day before the trip I had considered getting a new hotel because I was so nervous. The day, I was supposed to be upgraded to a better room but the app didn’t automatically do it like it normally does so I went in to check in and to my surprise the person working the desk was so friendly and made sure to upgrade my room for me with no issues and without me even asking. From then on I had nothing but great interactions with the staff of the hotel. Every single worker was kind and accommodating the whole time. The pool/jacuzzi were really nice too. The weather was kind of crappy but with the heated pool and really nice jacuzzi we were still able to enjoy their services. The hotel is in an amazing location just a 5 minute drive to hermosa beach which is a stunning place. The only qualm I have with this hotel was the air conditioning in our room was pretty old and didn’t get very cold even with it set to 66. But other than that I have no complaints and I look forward to coming here again :)

The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach, restaurants and an easy Uber ride to events or downtown LA. The staff could not be more friendly - they were amazing and overly welcoming. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have had in any of our hotel rooms lately. The hotel itself is a little outdated, but the restaurant and people make up for it. I would highly recommend this hotel - we will definitely be back 😁!

Elevated choice right near the beach and all of the Redondo peir/marina attractions. Rooms are standard and would not say "luxury" - but clean and everything worked. If you're looking for a step up from the standard sandy beach motel this would be a good choice.

Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and an easy walk to the beach! There are bikes for rent but they were a bit old and needed upkeep. The pool area is nice and the staff is very friendly! The bar area is super convenient but more expensive than other options in the area.

It's BEAUTIFUL.....I MEAN SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL.....i looked this venue up online for my wedding and fell in love...but i happened to go there for my friends wedding and was in awe...its very pretty, and also staff keeps everything together as your event is taking place, staff was very considerate and kind and professional...and i can appreciate that. My husband and I can't wait to say our vows here...I hope it's everything we've dreamed of.

We really enjoyed our stay overall! The beds and pillow were very comfortable, and the sheets were buttery soft. The staff were friendly and they had a packnplay available for our little one. It was a convenient location and close to many restaurants and beaches. I would recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable hotel in a coastal location with views of the port and Pacific in the distance across the road & carpark out front. We’ve always had a very comfortable stay. Been there 3 or 4 times now. Cheesecake Factory within easy walking distance. Small outside shopping area with supermarket 10 min walk away.

What a great experience. There was an issue with booking our room through a third party and Linnette at the front desk did absolutely everything to make sure we were taken care of, and she did it with a smile the whole time. An amazing hotel employee! The room was wonderful, clean, and comfortable, with great water pressure in the shower. And it smelled really good, too. The next day, Liam was working the bar, and he was also amazing. The food and beer were also really good! I was amazed when he told me he was training. It seemed as if he had been there for months. We will definitely return. (Location was perfect, too! Walking distance to everything.)

Overall great stay. Clean rooms. The only challenge was the TV in the living area did not work, the channels didn't work but the TV in the bedroom work.

Had a surprise birthday party 🎉 and turned out great. People were enjoyed the view and the day wad awesome.. But bar drinks were outrageous and ridiculous. Bartender at the lounge was freaking rude rude rude I hope nobody tipped him. Recommend not going to the lounge and asking for drinks..

All-in-all no complaints. Will definitely stay again if visiting the area. Wish it was on the beach itself :)

Am a HHonors Gold member - Breakfast credit was provided, but not explained very well.

When we were checking in, the front desk was adequate but I felt they may have not had a good day or something. Were not overly welcoming or friendly.

This is the perfect place for quiet, fun, rest, and relaxation. The rooms are perfectly appointed. Beautiful oceanfront view from my suite. My meal from foodservice was delivered quickly and friendly and was set up unobtrusively. The steak was cooked perfectly! Which is saying something since its difficult to find a rare steak in S.California! The check-in process was seamless and was made to feel valued. The staff is just incredible, everyone! Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Fantastic place to come and stay for a weekend! E-Bike Friendly with plenty of space to lock up your e-bike too. There is a cute little bar inside that you can sit at while waiting for people at. My wife and I love it. Coming back for our next big get away weekend!

Great hotel! Fantastic staff (thank you Ryan for your help with our big family!). The balcony on floor 2 is great for chatting. Lobby is very open with great conversations too. Rooms are fully equipped with fridge and microwave - good for families! Everything was so clean and orderly. Thanks for making our stay so nice.

I stayed 2 nights and booked directly through the hotel. Check in was easy and painless. The rooms had a seal on the door to make sure you knew they'd been cleaned and that no one has used them since the last cleaning. Due to COVID-19 there was no room cleaning service but they stocked the room with so many towels that I didn't need to call down and ask for more. The room was clean and the pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was super quiet when you didn't have the balcony door open.

The only complaint was the marina view left something to be desired due to the Cheesecake Factory directly across the street. All in all, a great place to enjoy a weekend away and I'll definitely be back.

The service at the hotel was fantastic. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We had 3 rooms from 23DEC-27DEC. Special shout outs for Aaron at the lobby bistro and hotel security who helped my 83 year old dad feel special - hard of hearing and challenges with sleeping keep his temper short. These two catered to him like he was there father.

Definitely 5 star. From the first called made to make a change with our room. Ryan was super accommodating and did it with such kindness.
Mike at front desk was nice and provided amazing service, from parking and pool access.
With so many restrictions with traveling during these times the staff was awesome. Polite. Helpful and did everything with a smile.
The hotel itself is nice and clean. The rooms were clean, updated and the bed was super comfortable.
Can't wait to return when the normal admentities are up and running.

We stayed for the Beachlife music festival. The location was perfect! Steps away from the music festival venue and walking distance to the pier. The hotel was clean and has a fresh beach vibe. The bar is nice and there are plenty of places to chill. Staff was nice and accommodating. I will definitely book again

Friendly people work in this hotel, they have Starbucks in the lobby where you can eat with plenty of chairs and tables and couches. Ocean front location. Little small rooms but bedding very comfortable. Close to restaurants and Wholefoods. We will be back.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Very clean and updated. The staff was kind and had great personalities. Our room was clean, cozy and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was great and the evening wine and cheese was a nice plus. The location was perfect, close to the beach and in a nice, safe area. Comfortable beds and bedding. The pool and spa run were clean and nice. Would definitely go again, loved it!
