Met Laura at a recent open house in Wilmington and she was incredibly rude. I would never want to work with this agent. Today I went to an open house for a listing under Laura Luna and She would not let us into the home which is fine because they were closing and we arrived late. But when I let her know we would return the following day she attempted to start an argument and told my realtor she shouldn’t bother because they had multiple offers already. I would never let this person sell my home nor want to work with her ever!

The property we live at is managed by Mansour Bigdeli. He was so kind and seemed honest when we met him. Our experience with him since then has been horrendous. It became immediately evident he knew nothing about the property and was not going to be interested in wether or not things ran properly.
First, he takes days to respond. He tells you he will have something done immediately. He never does it. We were told the property would have a new dishwasher- we lived there a month before that was true.
Day one of move in- no heat, no hot water. Told us it was a gas issue....yet the heat is electric. Took us a week to get heat. He told us he was “acting in good faith” by providing us with heat. He never called to have the shower fixed so we did it ourselves after three days without a shower. He ensured us “all the plumbing is brand new.”
Gave us keys to only 1/4 of the locks of the property. When we pointed this out he asked told us it’s the tenants responsibility to replace keys.... can’t replace what you never had.
Fast forward. We have been here two months. The house constantly smells musty and moldy. Yesterday, the toilet starts flooding from the plumbing all over the bathroom. I immediately alert Mansour. He states he is calling a plumber. Four hours later. No response. No updates. Nothing. I called one myself. I tell him, hey listen I got one coming cause the bathroom is flooded. He says “ok.” Nothing further.

Plumber is here. As we have warned and suspected this entire time there is sewage draining directly under the house. The shower is not even connected to plumbing. We have been without a TOILET or shower or kitchen sink now for over 24 hours. Do you think ONE TIME he has offered to get us a hotel or check in on the situation? Yeah right. This man is a fraud. He is dishonest. His communication is some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. He is unwilling to accommodate his tenants even for things that are his legal responsibility. I cannot imagine going through a life changing and very financially risky process such as buying a house with him. Beware.

Amy Tsao is one of the agents here. I was with my sister when she was looking for property to buy. Ms. Tsao was less than hospitable. We decided to look for another agent. There's some unprofessional ignorance here.

Sandy Malbrue realtor liar fake fraud and phoney only in it for the money my next door neighbor for 7 years had the audacity to come to my home the day my mom died to talk about selling my condo unbelievable civid came right after so by the grace of God got some time my mom passed unexpectedly of a wrongful death and was in middle of a lawsuit Malbrue did nothing to help me save my moms home of 21 years she's conniving manipulative and a liar she preaches the word of God but trust me she is a a wolf in sheep's clothing she ruined my life physically and mentally can't wait for my day in court STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE AGENT PLEASE

Terrible real estate company, we had to hire a lawyer to get them to go away. The worst ever don't use this place.
