Dear friends ..i have to share with you this diamond in the Southbay..never imagined how special this place is till my good friend Richard leach brought me here..i love it..its magical .the people here are very nice a real homey feeling ..close to all shops and Beach..its great a senior community..take a look if you need to move ..i really think you'd love it as much as we do..

This park is conveniently located, close to shopping and The Beach. Restaurants close by. Clean park. Great Prices. Friendly People.

I’ve lived at Cresta for 5 years and have never had anything stolen from my yard or home. I’ve been very happy here. I have never been afraid or scared here and I have made many friends in the park . The majority of the people who live here are very nice people. Of course where ever you live you are apt to run into a couple of people who are in need of help . Whether it’s addiction, alcohol or mental health . I planned on staying here until I died but things change and I will be moving to follow my grandkids. I will miss all the people that I have met here.

Nice little homie manufactured home complex. nice people, family-oriented, very friendly, in a terrific location in a Beach City.
