I really enjoyed going here because the sales representative and sales specialist was very knowledgeable about the mattresses. I got to try out at least 5 different beds depending on the material, price, comfort, softness and size. I really would recommend checking this place out if you need to buy a new bed.

We went to the Ortho store in Cypress and had a great experience with the person in charge (Lisa). She was very informative and not high pressure like some places. My wife and I highly recommend this location and Lisa who was in charge!

I did not want to go to the larger furniture stores attached to the malls since its Christmas and the weekend. Ortho had great parking and fast service. The gentleman who helped us knew everything about his product, answered all our questions and was just so easy to do business with. No hard pressure, just informative information. Gave us delivery options that worked with our schedule. Great experience. I am so happy I found this store.

Ron was great! My brother needed to buy a mattress ASAP so we went on google and found a place.Simple, fast, and painless process. The delivery is scheduled for tomorrow and we couldn’t be happier about it.

No hard sell, which was really nice. Very knowledgeable, which was helpful as there were a lot of options. Didn't try to upsell us, we bought a great bed, but wasn't the most expensive, but a GREAT bed. Hard to find someplace that doesn't only care about the sale, they wanted us to be happy.
