I have been searching for a torta ahogada since I've moved to SoCal. This torta ahogada was perfect. The carnitas were tender and tasted great alone; paired with the beans, bread, the sauce, and pickled onions, I will be back! 🤤

Loved everything about this place tacos 🌮 good and drinks were good.

The visit for me was a good experience. The food was delicious. I tasted a chicken soup (a shame they did not have the meat soup). Also, I tried head, menudo, lengua and emperador tacos. All of them very good.
The place offers "combo meals" as well as a big variety of other Mexican specialities: Burritos, tortas, enchiladas, and even sea food.
They accept credit cards and have decent amount of parking spots.
Prices are good, cheap I would say.
The speak English and Spanish and the service is good.

My first trip was definitely good I ordered food to go but everything looked great. I ordered 2 dinners and some chicharon tacos. Prices are not too high my cost was about 34.00

Ordered the green wet carne asada burrito and chicharron taco. Place was packed but got our food quick. Both meats were good af, only thing I regret is being too full to get more tacos!

Love our local Mexican spot. It’s almost too close to home and I find myself here whenever a taco-mood arises. Tasty, authentic and fast. Carne burrito, wet with green salsa is great and usually last two meals for me. For sure a great spot when you’re looking for good Mexican dishes.

Really good chicken burritos. I showed up during the lunch hour n it was ready in minutes. My dad liked it so I was happy. Hot sauce condiments were on the side cart.

I love this place! There is something here for everyone! Soft fresh tortillas, tender fresh meat, pico de Gallo and chips are wonderful. If there is something extra you want you've only to ask. The customer service is wonderful always pleasant. There is never a long wait. Though it's worth waiting for if there was. I remember one day it was so hot outside, I wasn't feeling very well and the young lady offered to make me something to help, Sparkling mineral water with fresh lime in a salted cup. I was instantly refreshed and ready to eat some great food!El Taco Charro! The place to be for good food. Thanks everyone!

That was my mother's favorite restaurant, we go there 3 times a week until she passed, live in Louisiana now

This place got the best Mexican food in Carson. It’s spicy, but you like spicy right?? Haha enjoy!

Great hole in the wall. Great customer service. The cashier, Jessica, was great with my huge order. They had everything prepared for me when I arrived. The atmosphere is welcoming, they were so attentive with me and my order. They had all the extra amenities ready for me, I didn't even have to ask.
