Hampton Inn Los Angeles/Carson/Torrance

The Hampton Inn Los Angeles/Carson/Torrance was a convenient and comfortable place to stay. The location was great, just off the freeway and close to the airport. The room was cleaned and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the free breakfast, and the outdoor pool was a nice way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, this hotel was a great value for the price!

I do enjoy staying at this hotel although it offers an evening dining area that has a limited menu selection where most items are quite pricy. I recommended going out to eat to get your moneys worth especially if family is with you. Rooms are quiet, clean, but the bathrooms are very tight for space.

First visit here on business. Nice rooms, comfortable mattress, friendly staff and a nice Continental breakfast. Located off the freeway but noise was not a bother. Definitely recommend after my first visit. Five stars here

I've been staying at this Hampton Inn for years, as expected a good shower a fantastic night's sleep and breakfast to booth. What else does a traveler need???

Been living in hotels around the USA since November 2020. Overall, best one yet. *note, been at this Hampton Inn for nearly 2 years now.

2 minute drive to CSUDH. Everything was good. Plenty of food options in the area.

We used this location for an overnight stay before we boarded our cruise the next day, they were flexible with late check in (after midnight). The front desk staff was efficient in getting us all checked in, the security guard was a plus, our rooms were very clean and comfy. We were able to rest and go😊

We stayed here while we were visiting CSU Dominguez Hills, as it is only a 20 minute walk to the campus. The rooms were pretty nice, it would've been nicer if there was some more lighting. The receptionists were very helpful. The breakfast was standard (cereal, coffee, eggs, juice, pastries, waffles, toast, oatmeal, etc.) and was good as well. There are also bus stops right down the road.

Great hotel. Breakfast was delicious and complimentary. Hot tub and pool were clean. Rooms were pretty decent. Walking distance to dignity sports park. Would definitely stay here again.

The reason I give it a two is because the bed was so uncomfortable with the metal box and it had a foul smell when we first came in but we was able to take care of that by opening window and getting fresh air and spraying it the room was clean I don't know where the smell came from stayed so it's me I left after I showed while staff had no other room to put us in stayed for nights and was not able to get my proper rest because of the bed I've always enjoyed staying there and this is the first time the bed was uncomfortable I guess it because they changed foundations

The front desk Clerk that checked me in had the worst customer service experience I had to deal with in a very long time.

I have never been treated so badly the many times my family and I have stayed here.

One person can mess up your whole trip

Excellent service from the staff, very nice clean room with free breakfast. Swimming pool and hot tub, workout room. Great location close to the Carson mall,very nice restaurants and 20 minutes to the beach, right next to the freeway. I would definitely stay there again.

I had the pleasure of staying here so that I could attend a nearby funeral. Coming from the east coast the hotel staff made every assurance that I could check in early since my flight was earlier than check in, but the reason I'm leaving a 5 star review is because we recently had a power outage (it was the whole area not just the hotel) and the staff made every effort to supply the guests with lights and still tried to make breakfast available. We eventually did get power restored but they operated professionally and were prepared to continue with the full breakfast. I appreciate their professionalism!!

Message for the management:
The rundown white vans in the back parking lot give an impression of a junkyard. I recommend removing them.

Really enjoyed this hotel! Very clean, and mobile check in/out is a breeze. Complimentary breakfast was better than any complimentary breakfast I’ve seen!

We used this hotel for a group reservation for a high school team. Rooms were spacious & clean, the pool/ hot tub area was really nice and clean . Staff was extremely nice

Much better than any hotel I’ve stayed at within a 15 mile radius. Easy access from Highway. Walking distance to multiple food choices. Staff was excellent. I travel 75% for work, so I’ve been in a lot of hotels.

Here for the LA Auto show and this place is awesome. First time staying here. Location up the street from mall shopping center. Major plus! I use the Hilton app so it was easy to check in as u can bypass the front desk. Room was clean and the floor was quiet everyone was friendly. Breakfast still being served so that's a plus.. coffee tea station, waffles eggs oatmeal bagels cereal etc. Definitely will return
