I REALLY love this store and have ordered BEAUTIFUL jewelry from them several times. I ordered again from them in December, but sadly there was a problem with shipping and I never received my package. After a little conversation with the staff and an investigation from the Post Office, I was given a refund post haste. Was super excited about getting some new earings after wearing the same pair for quite some time. They look great but I noticed the was a chip in the glass on one of them, these things happen. Reached out to BM25 and withing a day I got an email apologizing and was provided with the tracking number for a replacement! No fussing or arguing just great customer service. Product was great and the service was even better. Definitely will be ordering from them again.

I messed up my address and they were so kind and good at communicating and replied so quickly. They helped me out by sending it back to my correct address very promptly! I cannot wait to receive the jewelry, I'm sure it will be very quality! Would highly recommend them! Amazing customer service!

usps messed up the delivery for the original pair i ordered but the seller was super responsive and nice and they sent me a new pair even though it wasn't their screw up. great customer service, can't wait to receive my plugs.

Awesome folks to work with. Bought with them over Etsy and Etsy sent them a decade plus old address and I was able to get the package sent back to them. They reshipped and I paid a nominal fee to get it shipped back with PayPal. Easy and fast interactions!

I had purchased these by accident and I contacted the seller was the seller was able to cancel my order within 30 min of me contacting them. They were fast, polite and understanding of the situation. I recommend buying from this seller and I'm definitely coming back to get to reorder as soon as I'm able.

Have ordered from them twice. High quality product and the customer service is great. My second order got lost by USPS and when I reached out, I got a response within a few hours. Ultimately the shipment could not be located and a replacement order was sent as soon as it was known that the order was truly lost. Found this site online ordered some plugs and ordered the wrong size. Contacted them via email and Etsy got a response within 5 mins! What! No one responds that fast. I mailed the 5/8 plugs back that I had ordered. I messed up not them…. Yet they still got me taken care of. My 3/4 plugs are on the way and I know I will love them. Best store I have ever ordered from online. No problems at all! Super laid back and friendly customer service. I will be ordering every piece of body jewelry from them here on out. Thanks a lot!

Great shop. They made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Their jewelry is high quality and inexpensive. Everything is sold in pairs, so it doesn’t cost a fortune to get a nice pair of plugs. I’ve bought a ton of plugs here and will certainly be buying more.
