OMG!! This gym is EVERYTHING!! I am currently participating in the 6 week Challenge. Coach Dee is so strategic with what she does. Every week, there's a new challenge within the challenge. We had a week dedicated to meal prepping, a week dedicated to exercising outside of the gym, just really fun stuff that keeps us motivated. Whenever I had a question or concern, Coach Dee was right there to help me. Now, don't get it twisted. The 30-minute HllT workouts are no joke!! But the cool thing is that Coach Dee meets you where you are. She realizes that every person is at a different level in their health journey. That's what makes this gym stand out from the rest
BD Fit also offers Zumba classes, Commit Fit, and Cardio-kickboxing. ALL great classes!! I truly love this gym!!

A facility to call ur own when it come to fitness with a family feel... a place to get lifted emotionally as u pump those guns and tighten those buns.
