Beautiful new fitness studio! This workout is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before and I have taught fitness for years!

Strength training in a slow movement, but incredibly effective way. The burn and gains are real! The slower you move, the harder it is, but it also means if you are new to strength training you can focus better on correct form as there is ample time for it!

Love that it is locally owned and they have child care! Beautiful area for the kids to play (with supervision) while mama gets her workout, guilt free.

It is such a good full body exercise. I can tell I am getting stronger! My husband and I work out once a week together. I would like to work out more often. I wish there were more classes though.

Carson has finally gained a new cute workout studio! I drove by it one day and decided to stop by to get more information (So Glad I DID)! Their workouts are not hard but can get very intense if you go slow! (Which they encourage a 4 count in and 4 count out) Sounds easy but it’s far from easy. I was very nervous on trying out a class as I am use to a full gym, multiple stations type of environment but here at Btone you do not need multiple stations nor hours and hours of gym time to feel a workout in. My first class at Btone I broke a sweat 5 minutes in! After doing the 3 class new member deal I decided to jump in and sign up! I love it so much that I sold my bff on it and she signed up as well. Highly recommend it to anyone who is trying to get a good workout in and truly feel sore but great at the end!

Went to a class and was immediately taken under the instructors wing for a quick tutorial since I’d never taken Pilates before. She (Bree) was informative and most importantly, fun! Playlist was great and the exercise was perfectly difficult and rewarding. Absolutely hooked!

Really great workout! After each class, I’m always sore and shaking, which means I got a good workout. The instructors are very knowledgeable. Place is very clean, with tons of parking.
