My husband and I had an amazing experience designing our 10 year anniversary rings with Charles. The process was fun and the team worked within our budget! Would absolutely recommend checking them out and seeing what they offer!

This jewelry shop has been an absolute pleasure to work with! They helped me design the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé. I was able to watch as it was 3D modeled and we discussed what I liked or didn’t like. They had great communication while I was waiting to pick up the ring, and they got it to me on time despite being around the holidays. I would highly recommend going here for your ring(s)!

Nuket, the owner, and all staff are incredibly welcoming and aid in all jewelry related matters. I initially came into the shop in Bixby Knolls to have my grandfather’s necklace given to me cleaned and shortened and they did a phenomenal makeover of the jewelry after decades of it not being polished. Upon picking up my necklace I began conversing about the jewelry they offer and settled on picking up a pair of studs for my fiancé in addition. I would certainly recommend them to all!

I love my ring! It is a custom pearl with diamonds surrounding. I gave my fiancé a very specific vision and he went here and had a great experience working with them to create my dream ring. They took the time to make sure everything was exactly as he wanted and were reasonable with the pricing. Definitely recommend.

Few years back I wanted to design couple of rings for my SO and chose Gems and Jewels to help me refine and finalize the design and then manufacture it for me. I will never take my jewelry anywhere but Gems & Fine Jewels!!! They are the absolute best! I take my vintage wedding ring to them every year to tighten (or replace) the prongs, touch up the antiquing, clean and shine up the ring. They always do a beautiful job, in a timely manner, for a fair price.

I flew in town for a vacation and realized on the plane my diamond in my engagement ring was loose. I called them and they had me come over immediately. They got it fixed in a little over an hour and it was reasonably priced. They gave me the peace of mind of knowing that I wouldn’t lose my stone while I was on my vacation! Thank you so much!

Great local business! I went in for a ring resizing that was a family heirloom and they were very thorough, professional, and detail oriented. Everything done in house so they were able to turn around the next day. Very happy with how the ring turned out.

I recently went to Gem & Jewels Fine Jewelry and Repair and I am loving my resized engagement ring! I was nervous to leave it behind, but all my worries were addressed. I went in to have a couple of pieces of jewelry repaired and let me tell you they did a WONDERFUL job I can’t even tell it was repaired I’m so pleased. REALLY NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE and helpful with answers to your questions. It was VERY FAST TURN AROUND TIME too, I went in one afternoon and by closing time that same day they were texting me saying my items were ready for pick up…….. I ♥ it! After my mother passed away, I wanted to create an heirloom to give to each of her children and grandchildren from her jewelry. After bringing in several pieces, Gems and Jewels helped me create a beautiful piece with an elephant in it. I surprised everyone in my family with their little elephants at Christmas, and they adore them! I’m so grateful to Gems and Jewels for helping me create a lovely piece that will last for several generations to come.

I brought my watch in for a battery replacement and I was in and out in a little under 30 minutes! The folks at the shop were also very friendly. Between the amazing service and the price, I’m glad I took my watch to them.

I was recently here to service some of my watches and had a great experience. I was helped by Nuket. Nuket had exceptional customer service as well as a strong understanding of luxury watches. This store has new and pre-owned luxury watches, as well as vintage watches. I bought a 1950s Juvenia that day. Nuket took the time to explain the store’s vintage policy and their attention to detail when curating their vintage selection before they offer them for sale. I’m happy to report that I’ve been using my vintage Juvenia now for over a month, on almost a daily basis, and my watch has been working great. I haven't had any issues with it. I only buy vintage luxury watches when I can trust the seller and I’m glad I now have a local watch expert that I can trust. I’ll definitely stop by Gems and Jewels the next time I add to my collection.

I went with a friend who needed to get her ring adjusted/fixed since it was a bit smashed. Charles was able to repair the ring to look good as new but it was slightly undersized for the finger it was meant to be used on. Luckily he managed to increase the size of the ring for no extra charge and the final result was amazing! Now the ring fits perfectly and my friend will be able to enjoy it after over 15 years of not being able to wear it. Thank you Nuket and Charles for the quick, professional, and exceptional work that was done on this ring! Highly recommended!
